  • a big mistake...

  • proper socialism

  • NO MY COUNTRY NO! =(

  • WHY NOT SAY THAT SIMPLY BY STEP ENERGY CRISIS THAT WERE NOT IN raining and dry season, DO NOT HIDE THE TRUTH !!!!!!

HIJOS DE PUTA GRINGOS POR QUE NO DICEN QUE ESA CRISIS ENERGETICA PASO SIMPLEMENTE POR QUE NO LLOVIA Y ESTABAMOS EN TEMPORADA DE SEQUIA, NO OCULTEN LA VERDAD!!!!!!

  • Venezuela needs the USA, The USA doesn't needVenezuela.*

  • @ScotteDio We dont need Usa

  • @ScotteDio shut up idiot Venezuela is worthy or not other countries have massacred living like the poor dogs we are taking every day more poverty and our economy comes as fuck her alive weakens capitalism chavez

  • @GeneralDelrap100 haha...Venezuela is a mess, Venezuelans are Venezuelans in the streets or hospitals..haha

  • @ScotteDio every day these figures drop and increase in your country

  • @GeneralDelrap100 hehe I think the news of the CCN and Fox News official figures earlier this year and the economy went up by 4% longer watch TV purchased by your government that brainwashes

  • Venezuela needs the USA, The USA doesn't Venezuela.

  • @ScotteDio you are so wrong

  • I like how in this discussion we've established that venezuala has issues that arise from the people in power currently, and that 1st world countries don't have these issues so much because they have competent governments more or less on a side note we've also noted that soonerg2121 is weird and thinks funny thoughts that make no sense and just throws hysterical insults around :o sooner, instead of wanting to add factual information you should add factual information

  • listen soonerberg if you have to say something you can say it in public, what are you talking about trying to knock you out of top spot? your country is the world? what? no it's not, your country is your country please, you're not going to convince me by hiding what you have to say from everyone else because it's embarrassing

for those wondering what I'm talking about, he decide to message me in an attempt to refute me, without actually providing refutations, and just insults hahaha

  • @noobler9 Grow UP!!! You sound like a 12 year Old."Oh look people someone is making fun of me.Oh no please someone save me!!!"You add nothing to this discussion.People like you?All they do is throw spaghetti on the wall and see what sticks. So typical, superficial and childish on your part. All I want to do is add positive factual information for humanity as a whole and all you do is shit on it just like the media. When ever you have anything else to add? Please stop.No one cares about Ad hominem.

  • @noobler9 Another thing I'll add to your BS is the fact that I don't care about countries. i don't care about Jingle nationalism and you know damn well I sent to you in private. So I'll say this in public. Your an idiot and a sadist who takes great pleasure on dividing people into categories.Your intelligence or lack of seems to amaze me on the lengths you'll go to add more propaganda to fit your sadistic world view. My country( Planet Earth) is the world. And my religion is to do good things.

  • here in canada we don't have a lack of power, we actually thought ahead and did things to counter things like drought and economic growth and demand. so that's not the reason fred, unless venezuala's government is just incompetent, which was the initial accusation and to use the obvious, hitler was democratically elected into office in germany what most people are concerned about is that it seems like it's getting more and more radical, it's not there yet but it could be soon

  • If someone would of noticed you were Amercain, the would have probably thought you were the CIA trying to kill Chavez.

And Venezuela is not such a militarized country. Must poor people, in which you can find the most of the thief to be poor, its easy for them to have a gun, its an exageration for you to say all farmers have guns.

But most of the things said in the video are true. I am from Venezuela, and it is a real struggle to live here.

    Amazing video.

  • @AZdarpiAZ even if ALL the farmers have guns, that's considered kind of normal, farms are away from civilization usually and you have to be able to defend yourself from animals and kill rats and stuff because the police can't get there within 5 minutes or less even! ;) I didn't understand why he was saying "even the farmers have guns" either lol

  • The United States and the west loves to talk down at other nation's problems. But I say this. The west wants other nations resources so they can maintain their own elites in power even at the expense of their own citizens back home.I will say this though. Venezuela needs technicians, sociologist as well as scientists modernize their own societies with out the politics.God knows the whole world will need to adopt a resource base economy that does away with money.

  • Soonerg2121 funny, canada's getting into a phase of it's history where it's going to be well educated and probably best if we send people out to work in other countries :D cause making stuff here is expensive for companies, but educating people on how to do it isn't

I hope something along these lines happens for both our countries cause it's the opposite for you guys and others please, don't claim those people are privileged, here in canada we DEAL with the problems, we don't blame others

  • We should invade and bomb Venezuela.

  • @WarmongerWW3

What you want to loose another war in the jungle?

    lol

  • @NeutralExistence "another"? Over 3 million dead and much napalm over the place. Vietnam was destroyed. Venezuela will be even better.

  • @WarmongerWW3

Destroyed just like the U.S economy...

  • @WarmongerWW3 because of people like u many people hates the US

  • Egipto pudo...Venezuela....si se puede

  • i have been watching chevez movements with interest and concern.he has the right idea when it come to helping the poor.but, some of the things he is doing like, land grabs etc,is going to back fire in the future.honestly,i dont think the US govt is interested in venezuela's oil.

  • Why doesn't the Government just have back up generators that run on gasoline? The gasoline is from Venezuela and generators are easy to build.

  • "The message is clear to his enemies at home and his enemies at home"....Real loaded bro.... You get an F for this one Journey. Remember those Hostess ad where the bird asked at the end; "Wheres the Cream Filling?" Wheres the objectivity?

  • he is just another fidel castro , tryng to control venezuela

  • PEDRO CORREA BLANCO CUIDADANO VENEZOLANO NACIDO EL 28 DE JULIO 1967 NECESITO CONTACTARME COM CHAVEZ URJENTE MI CORREO ES alpelatino@yahoo.com.

  • Now the real farmers are armed against the national guard who are trying to steal the farms on behalf of Chavez.

  • how sad, so many of the comments here are written by the little mice Chavez needs and has in his payroll. What is happening in venezuela is no good, STOP TELLING LIES. chavez would rather be cuban, afraid and not fond of his own people. SCARY.

  • @camomilla0

    and you're very truthful......huh?

  • Yes, Venezuela has to be ready and able to defend their territory from the clutches of American capitalism.

  • "There are men who struggle for a day, and they are good. There are others who struggle for a year, and they are better. There are some who struggle many years, and they are better still.

But there are those who struggle all their lives, and these are the indispensible ones."

    — Bertolt Brecht.

  • Viva la revolucion! Viva Chavez!

  • Seriously though, every country has problems, lets say like Americas massive debt, and in ability to care for the poor or provide adequate health care. Chavez does both. After Nationalizing the Oil, he now uses 40% of its revenues to fund the social programs, such as providing food, homes and health care.

  • Wow, What a piece of propaganda. Even the farmers are armed? One in four Venezuelans own a hand gun. And Keeping power on in a major city especially Caracas makes the most sense. Its the highest concentration of people. As for the opposition, the woman in the picture shaking hands with Bush, that is exactly what Venezuelans don't need. Using the power of the media to sway votes against Chavez is exactly how they did it in 2002 when the opposition was backed by Washington.

  • shit i g2g venezueala in summer, havent been since 2001.my dads on the pdvsa black list...

  • VIVA Venezuela......fuck the USA....

  • FALSO

  • Well, I understand these people that are saying in spanish that they can't stand of Chavez. It just because, that chavez wanna have power and become a dicator conquer the world, when I was a kid I use to love him. But no el. Like the old decades of WWII Hilter and Army Nazi obey; hateful to kill jewish like today they are doing. This is very compair and difference of.

  • @xzJohnSpanishfan91zx Oh, please...

  • @bichodomato5 Why is that? Amigo.

  • @xzJohnSpanishfan91zx You're comparing Chavez with Hitler. Chavez has not invaded any other country in the first place. Any other one. Far, far away from "conquer the world".

    saludos -->s/c ->UNET

GRACIAS VENEZUELA AHORA SAQUEN A ESE ESTUPIDO, IGNORANTE, MAL EDUCADO, DEL PODER EN EL 2012

LOS QUE HOY LO APOYAN MANANA SE LOS AGRADECERA

  • Stupid sociologist professor does not understand that it takes water pressure from the dam to turn the dynamo's, no water-no pressure, no pressure no electricity.

When the water gets too low the dynamos have to stop until water is fed into the dam from small streams, then power can be generated again until the water level falls and it has to be stopped again until the water replenishes.

Fortunately the drought seems to be over and the level of the dam has risen high and power is plentiful again

  • The power shortage was caused by a combination of drought, economic growth and demand,

Power had to be rationed or cut off all together.

Naturally the dispossesed privileged class, mourning for their lost perks and profits, want to use the natural calamity to help them resume their former positions as parasites .

They have millions of dollars coming from the US to pay for their propoganda. These anti Chevez videos were made with the Yankee dollars.

    The Yankees want Venezuela's oil.

  • @fr44ed yeah, right. Let's blame the Yankees.

  • @fr44ed

No, things have gone much too far in Venezuela. There is way too much government now, just as there is way too little in the US. The balance is way off in each case.

  • @fr44ed The power shortage was partly caused by some reasons you wrote on your comment's first paragraph, but also, because the increasing demand wasn't met with an increase in offer...

I'm sure we can all agree that making a campaign to save electricity is a good thing, makes us all more efficient, but please, could they also invest some of the country's resources in bulding new plants? Is it too much too ask? Saving and rationing electricity won't compensate for the increased demand...

  • @luisengineer23 President signed and the problem just start creating projects for new power plants but in the U.S. and Spain always do this kind of documentaries and reports on Venezuela to scare our people always want to manipulate the U.S. government is controlling the media so I invite you to come to Venezuela to see that it's not like the fox and ncc happen in here we are every day more happy even dashes of Venezuela has a record happiest country in the world

  • @GeneralDelrap100 I live in Venezuela, in Nueva Esparta (margarita), and i can assure you, if it wasn't for the angry people protesting over blackouts, we wouldn't have a stable electrical supply.

And when i lived in Pto Ordaz, Bolivar, the same story, only that nobody protested there, so they still get their electricity rationed.

  • @luisengineer23 talk about a different topic to which I am naming as the press denouncing says it was a problem of lack of power plants when you as a resident of Venezuela know that by that time there was shortage of water and hydraulic power in Venezuela is not a problem the government was at fault in any case because of previous governments to upgrade ever to alternative energy

  • viva mi comandante carajo!

  • Chavez is a Ass he took my country from me i lost it to him!He is making people suffer.i had to move at age 1 to a better country (america) I hate you Chavez i hate you you made life horrible Te hodio Chavez te HODIO TANTO CHAVEZ!!!

  • Who's right? Everyone is so far left or right, there is no un-biased opinion. If Chavez is trying to become rich & not practising what he preaches then wouldnt it make sense to stay on America's good side? dont know what to believe

  • keep Millions of urban poor onside..................because he helped them??? sounds obvious, not a conspiracy!

Heard he has now banned the private tv channels, is this true?

    dont know what to believe

  • @MIKOLBZ This isn't rocket science nor is it incomprehensible. He has been democratically elected many times under the scrutiny of international observers. That is what is called an honest election; unless to you a fair election is when the majority pick someone that Washington likes then you are out of luck because no country in the world and especially those who's leaders have been overthrown - like the US even less. It's very simple.

  • @vandalusian I dont disagree with you, I have heard that the people living under the poverty line in venezuela has dropped by 20%, its the rich & middle class' that dont like him because their not getting any richer (the opposite of the uk, where the gap between the rich & poor is bigger now than ever) so maybe thats where the negativity is comming from, but we'll see, I hope Chavez is all he seems (just seems 2 good 2 be true;-)

  • @MIKOLBZ youve heard?!!?? wtf? there are food shortages. Caracas is now the murder capital of the world. more murders happen in Caracas then any other city in the world. crime is sky rocketing and the government is taking farms away from farmers. is that helping anyone? its so stupid that people still believe in this straw house dictator. he jails people who protest against him and speak out against him too.!!! he tries controlling price by whim and the people pay for it in the end.

  • @MIKOLBZ He isn't too good to be true - It's not about Chavez anymore, the whole of Latin America is turning away from the US Hegemony. They have experienced all too much bloodshed at the behest of the CIA - read "Killing Hope." Colombia is even moving towards a free Latin America. This is what people don't understand - the people of Venezuela, the poor majority, are locally becoming directly involved. So the US can overthrow Chavez,it's not gonna make difference, the people are rising up.

  • @vandalusian This isn´t rocket science, Venezuela is a LOT worse off with Chavez, in every single way you can think of. Violence has skyrocketed, the economy is in the gutter, living conditions in general are worse. Dictators always win "democratic" elections. There is no viable oposition.

  • @chicoreaz I don't think you seem to understand the concept of internationally monitored elections which Chavez has won since he was elected to office. Dictators don't need democratic elections they usually get CIA/Washington backing as in the case of the coup attempt against Chavez, after he was democratically elected back in 2002. I can understand you are angry like most ignorant Americans, you should be mad at the banks that stole your tax dollars. Otherwise don't make asinine comments.

  • @vandalusian you are the dumbest guy in the world. America is not perfect, but at least we have freedom of speech. Venezolano estupido. CALLATE CRETINO.

  • @galietta214 That's very nice, you can call me whatever you like but sadly verbal inadequacy doesn't change facts. You wanna talk about freedom of speech, Venezuela has freedom of speech; there are many private and openly hateful broadcast/print news outlets that are openly hostile towards the Chavez administration. I think if Rupert Murdock can own hundreds of broadcast/print media that push a singular and vulgar approach to the world then I have no problem with any other country in the world.

  • Comment removed

  • @vandalusian its easy to win elections when you stomp out all opposition. Chavez has an "army reserve" which is really just a 1.5 million member personal military force. He has complete control over media and all other branches of government. Its a "democracy" because it has elections. But the important components of democracy such as checks and balances and pluralism are missing. He also unified the various political parties into one. One part democracy isn't democracy at all.

  • @bjj1605 proportionately more people participated in the democratic elections in Venezuela than in the U.S. election. Chavez was democratically elected, live with it and go take care of affairs in your country.

  • Dictator

  • Cambien el paradigma

    creen energia magnetica libre

    Usen energia solar

  • And the opposition shaking hands with a war criminal, yes don't forget Bush and his administration took the US to wage war against Iraq under fabricated evidence, and killed more than a million people over a decade, and continue to do so now. Yes she has a lot of credibility. The narrator certainly doesn't have even a rudimentary concept of Imperial history which not to shock anyone here, his country, England enslaved only the rest of the world and the US takes off from where they left off.

  • @vandalusian Chavez takes from people who farm for a living and gives to people who have no idea how to farm. He seizes business of his opposition, taxes the few in Venezuela who work rather than steal for a living. But yeah, the United States is the big problem in Venezuela. Take a walk through Petare at night and see if it's Bush who mugs you.

  • Yes Venezuela is a very militarized country; unlike the the model of democracy, the US, doesn't devote 40% of its budget to the military, from the full spectrum of the entertainment industry to the academia nothing is more highly praised than the military. As generals masturbate over military hardware, yes Venezuela is militarized, they even dropped two nuclear weapons on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, bombed 4 million Vietnamese. Yes Venezuela and Chavez is the worst thing to come along.

  • @vandalusian Go live in Venezuela then if you think its so wonderful, just go there and you'll realize what a shit-hole its become. Ur the typical anglo-european socialist living in extreeme comfort :O Any comparison to the US is a mute point, US government corruption, war-crimes and general fuckup-ness doesn´t justify what is going on in Venezuela.

  • @chicoreaz I'd love to can you buy me a ticket, i would gladly go. But can you stop telling people leave the country that they love whenever they oppose a particular view point or criticize the administration of the country they live in. And yes it justifies for the world countries to do whatever they like because if my country that I love, points to the rest of the world and says we are the ideal model; yet lies to the world and me and then goes to war; that is the height of arrogance. STOP.

  • Venezuela, your time is coming.

  • They have to arm themselves against the murderous u.s. war for oil.

  • DICTATOR

  • LA CRUDA REALIDAD DE VENEZUELA TODOS A VOTAR EL 26S

  • isn't socialism cool one country dedicated to one man ! screw the masses as long as he is happy !

  • Too bad they did not use the money they spent on that dam and invest in solar energy, it would have at least saved a village.

  • gsjddchiuenc

  • VIVA LA REVOLUCION BOLIVARIANA!!!

  • @Gulutfi13 estas de coña no? xD

  • Hugo Chavez....is a true revolutionist....may he rule for ever.

  • to who dont know there is no problem with the energy anymore the raining have increase el guri so thx journeyman or whatever for wasting your time

  • Pure propaganda

  • Journeyman Pictures is very bias against countries government that does`nt lick the boots of the Zionist. They always give a very bias view.

  • Why the difference? Because there are international banks that thrive and maintain their wealth by orchestrating global conflicts. Propaganda is the name of the game, as it always has been. And ever since Iran (along with Iraq) decided to stop using USD to trade in petrol dollars, and switch to using Euros, there's been a steady dose of anti-Iran propaganda.

  • just what to thank you for spreading the news, i have never heard about the problem they are having there here in Europe, but well we have plenty of our own at the moment :-P

  • Go to any communist type country and you will find the same. I lived in Russia. Blackouts every 4 hours that lasted 4 hours. Listen up people, Big government will always fail you. The stupidest most unscrupulous, blindly idealistic people end up in charge under a charismatic leader because he does not see them as a threat.. Bloodshed ahead I fear.

  • Whats with the bimbo at 9:58? Is she a general or sth?

  • A prime example why democracy is a terrible form of government. Tyranny of the masses! A constitutional republic with limits on government is only way.

  • @elricmlbone right on

  • Unlike every other video of Journeyman Pictures, this one shows only one side of the story. Still one finds contradictions, such as that person complaining there is no free speech while he hosts a radio programme!!

Sorry, but this is extremly biased, neo-liberal probaganda.

  • Jorneyman doing propaganda, showing Chavez has dictator or like dictator, i dont buy this, of course they are againist Chavez, middle class dont wanna nothing change, they say we wanna things like was before.

  • @iwishfreedom yes, like before when they had enough electricity and lots of food. lol

  • @bushbarnes do u mean when they sell all they resources to the gringos?

  • @iwishfreedom So you are a typical racist socialist I see. Sell creates a market not shortages. Socialism creates shortages just like you have there and in Cuba etc.

  • @bushbarnes You are wrong again, i am not socialist, i am anarchist, i think I dont need any rulers,. URSS, China, north corea and others are not good example.

  • @iwishfreedom Now you are being silly. Think man!

  • @bushbarnes now i know ypou are totaly ignorant, what do know about anarchism?

Do u read something, i know you dont, so you are silly, and i think, if you think why you dont learn about anarchist, sheep?

  • @iwishfreedom Actually I would say this video is quit accurate. I just came from a trip in Venezuela, I have friends and family there, and basically everything said and shown in the video is true. If you havent been to venezuela or know venezuelans than I don't think you can outright say the video is a lie and propoganda. Its easy to talk about a place you have never been to. Most Venezuelans are not happy with the conditions of the country its pretty ugly right now.

  • @sanshoukid he was elected so he have majority, simple has that, if you was there on vacation i am sure your family is not poor, so you are in the side of the richs who are not happy with Chavez.

  • @sanshoukid and more, if you know spanish, just read the coments of the vanezuelans people, and when you go there in future ask the poor and not your midle class/rich family and friends.

  • @iwishfreedom So you do not want a middle class.? Just poor people? lol Are you stupid?

  • @bushbarnes no idiot, i wanna politics who beneficiate the poor, you are so stupid, i wanna just one class idiot

  • @iwishfreedom Yes and that will be a class of poor people that are ruled by a few super rich and powerful thugs that they worship.

They have anarchy in parts of Africa. A gang of thugs come into a village and rob and rape and then cut everyones throats. yep a great system that you pine for.

  • I recommed the documentary of John Pilger called "War on democracy" It is amazing.

  • Chavez is slowly turning Venezuela into the next Cuba.

  • Support private property. Outlaw / mitigate Socialist stealing, a corruption. People should not retain the government to steal for them.

  • Comment removed

  • THIS VIDEO IS RIGHT WING PROPAGANDA. PURE MANIPULATING RUBBISH

  • @youcantbeatfacts yep truth is rubbish to all socialist sheep.
