Alot of depressed teenagers who are disillusioned with American culture elevate Japanese culture to an unrealistic pedestal because they are desperate for an escape. Truth is, Japan pretty much sucks unless you are there to study or on vacation

Rather than interfering, it's that lots of the elderly don't like to be considered sickly and helpless. It's a "don't pity me for being old!" Kind of thing. (It's different for all the different Asian countries)

Bruceleethe2nd---- First off if your going to try to type something in romanji( look it up dip shit) its spelled "sanjuumanen" Correctly. correct me if i was wrong for saying 300,000 yen In Japanese which is just about $2,800 US as lucymisser said in her video. and that is definitely japanese. "san juu" = "3 tens" = "30", "man" is the prefix for "10 thousand" and "en" the shortened for of "yen" means money or currency yen.
