@MrSafetymeeting I think that is something we can't define. Maybe ask this, at what point would the mother, who really wants the child, feel horribly saddened by a miscarriage? They are common in the first 8 weeks after conception. If a woman loses it by then, it's not a huge surprise considering how common it is. If a mother loses it after the beginning of the third trimester, it would be much more devastating. If there is going to be a decision, it should be made very soon after conception.
So when is the fetus considered human and hence given human rights? In my mind a parasite (fetus) that cannot live outside the host (Womb) is the property of the host (Mother). People can do as they please with property.
Once born, premature or not, a baby has the human right to live. At that point its exsistance is not dependant on one God-like entity. It can be taken care of by others and should be.

If all abortion was illegal and the mother really wanted to have it done, she could but in a back alley under uncontrolled circumstances putting her live at risk too. @MrSafetymeeting I think that is something we can't define. Maybe ask this, at what point would the mother, who really wants the child, feel horribly saddened by a miscarriage? They are common in the first 8 weeks after conception. If a woman loses it by then, it's not a huge surprise considering how common it is. If a mother loses it after the beginning of the third trimester, it would be much more devastating. If there is going to be a decision, it should be made very soon after conception.

So when is the fetus considered human and hence given human rights? In my mind a parasite (fetus) that cannot live outside the host (Womb) is the property of the host (Mother). People can do as they please with property.
Once born, premature or not, a baby has the human right to live. At that point its exsistance is not dependant on one God-like entity. It can be taken care of by others and should be.

U have the choice to have and abortion just like u have the choice to kill someone, the circumstances under which u are doesn't really matter to me. U Should have the right and believe that but u should have a punishment for the choice.
