@MrZack1091 Well for the head and back you got to be honored with a guild that has unlock them.(in 20lvl guild i think maybe i am wrong here).For the shoulders,chest,trinkets.weapo­n you got to have justice points earn them first time since you hit 68 and be able to go in random wrath of the lick king random dungeons.For the ring you got to fish in Northrend at Kaluak fishing contest every Saturday noon.Google any of this for details.
