EXACTLY !!!!...you don't see this type of look right now...they are perfect body, perfect face, etc..and NO ARTISTIC NOTIONS...because if you turn OFF all that equipment behind the singers right now...they're a bunch of wolves howling.
Dudes from back then were soo sexy! Wenever I look @ an older man(I'm an oldie too) I don't see their age, I see how really sexy they look in my eyes!!!
WOW!!! such a sweet, sweet song. they don't sing em like they use to. this song reminds me of high school. funny how he doesn't look like his voice - smile :)
This song is so powerful. I fell in love with my true love, unfortunately, we didn't make it. But 34 years later we have reconnected thru texting. And it's wonderful.
this song still moves me deeply and his performance is so intense. you can feel his pain and the look in his eyes...........damn. music lost someone truly great.
Where have songs like this gone?? RIP, Paul...you still touch us like no one could. This song is incredible, and makes me think of my bride, Julie.. I still go crazy looking into her eyes. Still see the 16 year old girl I fell in love with in 1981. Thanks for the memories..
Awesome song and makes me think of a woman's eyes...you can see more than you think when you look deep inside her eyes...you can see you and her,her dreams, your dreams...but most of all..when I look into my lady's eyes,I see heaven....because that is where she makes me feel like i am at :-)A lady's eyes are paradise and it is a pleasure to get lost inside them :-)Beautiful...and the song too :-)Tkx 4 this :-)
I remember this song from when I was in my teens and I LOVED it back then.....but didn't REALLY understand it. Now, I am 48 and my ex fiance married someone else today. Understand it now? I do....Lord help me, but I do.
@smallchange317 Hang in there...... I am the same age as you but made or think a little different. As a man I love a hundred miles an hour at first but after a while turn the "table" on lovers and distant myself. I just don't love like I used to after a while. Maybe God has instilled me with this self-preservation mechanism. Don't know for sure.....
@65FALCONSG Dang! I'm a girl (53) and feel the same way. Sure wish that I didn't... One hundred miles an hour for months, then, the old self preservation creeeeps in.... Dang.....

This song is so beautiful, and Paul Davis was an amazing artist. What heartfelt emotion and sublime sentiment...
