  • Hi it is actually a western colt breaking bit and does not operate in the same way it is a gentle bit and the lever action only applies pole pressure and the only reason i use it is because it brings the head down and the pivot action focusses the horses attention on a point in space rather than concerning herself on the other things in the world. I also use sidepulls and snaffle bits if i think its appropriate

  • quick question im not 100% sure that there is a shank in that horses mouth but i think there is... WHYYY!!! its a breaker and doesnt need that id do it in a halter or a snaffle
