If it's a fast art rendering or whatever the hell you want to call it, then when you search for "how to create broken text effect" in Google, this shouldn't pop up. I've been using Photoshop for 10 years and the tutorial is easy to find; just be specific in your search! And I'm a Web Designer as well so I know what you're doing.

I can tell what I THINK was done.

Get your image of the face and then cracked ground (both from google)

put one over the other just like her, then select cracked ground slide the Opacity lower to around 40% then cut out the cracks that cover the background and mess around from there.

OPACITY- it can be found above the tiny layer box in top right of the box but overall bottom right of the screen.

I hope this helped some people.
