  • Thanks a lot 4 sharing ! Cheers

  • whatsinmycamerabag . com HEY PEOPLE CHECK THIS NEW WEBSITE ESPECIALLY FOR WHATS IN MY CAMERA BAG VIDEOS, START UPLOADING THEM SO EVERYONE KNOWS WHERE TO LOOK, SPREAD THE WORD

  • @stephenSimpson

    what 70-200 would you recommend?

I use nikon, and nikon'd 70-200 is bloody expensive mate

btw, ur the first person who does a "whats in my camera bag" ,who knows what their gear is.

most of them i saw in the tube is just showing off their gear

  • great video, it's nice to see what a press photographer has in his bag.

  • Thats not nice! You really are a demon!

  • Do the news paper provide your camera or some of your camera gears?

  • The inside of my bag is the exact same way as he has it, the only difference is the place where he holds his d300 is where I put my 18-55. plus, im a canon user.

  • I carry my equipment in a cardboard box

  • @sti2071 faggot

  • i am always interested of how people pack their gear and what beg they used for their job. I am a sport photographer myself .. so my set up is actualy quite different to you.

  • terrible audio

  • very interesting!

  • ouh bugger... its a nikon

  • @Xyb3rTeCh Ohh bugger, a Canon -.-

  • @JC040696 I bet you don't even have a camera yourself, and if you do have one: you probably never even held a canon in your hands ...

  • I HAVE a Nikon. Its a camera, if you didn't know. And btw, I have had my fair share of playing with a Canon before. So, just stop freaking assuming.

  • @JC040696 Well some people just like to use canons over nikons :D

  • No offence, but i doubt any skill is needed in being a press photographer. Taking picks of political figures...borrin.....

  • @Haruhide86 Starting a comment with "No offence" does not remove any offensiveness from the comment. I'm sure it involves a lot of skill. Probably just different skills from more artistic photography.

  • what is the mic u use

  • Bad audio.

  • what brand and model is that belt?

  • @matiasquilodran He said it's a Thinktank belt. No idea what model.

  • Why have you taped over some areas of your gear? Like the lens caps?

  • @Kasparovia to identify it

  • do you think that canon 50d is a good camera

  • @wilun123 yes it is a damn good camera compared to the nikon d90. its cheaper, shots faster and better AF

  • nice gears.. but.. pls take good car of them.. don't just throw your gears after holding it..

  • Wow very nice video, Nikon all the way :)

  • NICE!!!

  • Great vid, an interesting insight to what a photographer lugs around London! manic I imagine!

  • That's a huge kit!!!

    Nice vid

  • I have an old D1 that still works a treet.

  • Are you a freelance press photographer?

  • I have a Nikon d60. After I graduate high school and learn all the fundamentals of Photography, what would be the best camera to upgrade to?

  • nikon d300s if its affordable to you

  • what about d90? like how is the d300s way better than the d90?

  • well the d90 is an excellent camera..but you said that you had a d60 so i thought that you may have wanted to upgrade to a semi-pro camera..the d90 is a great camera but the d300 is a semi pro camera with alot more features , thats why i said if its affordable to you , go get it

  • Features dont matter past the ability to handle noise well and render colours well. I have a D90 and admittedly find the features useful sometimes but really only need the camera to click when i press and let me put whats in my head on the card. Dont get junked with crap about how you need this camera do do this photography. My work has comments from executives at Hasseblad and leica. Put a Hasselblad in an idiots hands, itll be a paper weight. Give a box brownie to ansel adams itll be art.

  • The last two sentances explain everything.

  • I have a D300, but give me my so called 'toy' Holga and I can take great photos. The camera is just a tool, and the right person will make something great with it. I like both for different reasons.

  • its wheather sealed , has a magnesium body, and has 51 autofocus points. im sure there are other things too.

  • so what exactly does a "press photographer" do?

  • he shoots photos for the press

  • like a photojournalist kinda? or does he get to get pictures of town events? or celebrities?

  • both and much more

  • so its probably really fun right? and also how does one become a press photographer?

  • its a job

  • probably have a job at a publishing establishment

  • Hi good video nice kit

Do you have to pay for your pass as I'm constantly getting pestered by police for taking photo even though I say im a freelance photographer not a reporter

Do u have a flickr aswell

  • Awsome. A guy who has what he needs a not much else. Awsome video :)

  • Brilliant, at last somebody who has made a video about their photography equipment who clearly knows how to use it and does not just boast about all their fancy lenses. Revelation, Well done

  • @Gavtastix so true :D

  • hey steph could you PM me with what its like being a press photographer because im 15 and i really want to do press photography but i dont know where to start. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

  • Same. i'm 16 and also need advice! cheers

  • thats why i might switch the type of photog i do

  • Yeah

    I dunno,

Good luck with whatever branch of photography you choose.

These days everybody thinks they can take pictures with their point and shoots, everybody is a photographer.

I hope you can get the work.
