It's not targeted at you specifically. It's for the whole area.
You are more sensitive to it. So, you're picking it up.
What I see near your home is specific targeting.

Today I was approached by a man I've never seen. He asked me for $.10 He had to be a Perp, because this is one of the things I've been though in the past, They will ask you for something that is small, and when you say no will use this as excuse to stalk you saying you don't care about other people.
Stalkers are VERY heavy in California now!

Yes, well, I BOTHER because it helps to expose them and their COWARDLY tactics..Several of them have TRIED to stick some NASTY COMMENTS on here, too, BUT, UH-UH, I'M NOT HAVING THAT..
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH..And IF they don't like it, they can GO HAUNT ANOTHER VIDEO. LOL
