I have tried about 7 times. When i click "make it rain" the ipod screen shows a usb cord and an itunes disk that do not meet each other. I have the 3.1.2 firmware using windows vista. I have change to run black rain in xp version and also as an administrator. I have restarted and my computer multiple times and also reinstalled itunes. Nothing seems to work. I always have to restore the phone everytime and its getting very old. Anything or an ideas would be greatly appreciated..

it will work as normal if your service provider sells the iphone. EG:AT&T but if you have unlocked the iphone to work on a different service provider than don't upgrade to 3.1.2.
