I find it funny that people stereotype all "kids" to be Gaga and Beiber fans, but I'm 16 and I'm really into Monro and Sinatra, heck, I've done enough performances of their songs to be called a fanatic.

Omg, why have I never heard of Matt Monro before? I thought I knew all about the great vocalists: Dinah, Ella, Sassy, Billie, Vera, Bassey, Sinatra, etc. This is why I love YouTube. As I was checking out all the vintage James Bond songs, I was mesmerized by Monro's "From Russian With Love" which lead me here. I am now a fan. Thank you for sharing this video.

Bing Crosby stated he believed to the Beatles were the most important act to ever come along. Indeed, even Frank Sinitra and Elvis Presley admitted being Beatles fans, and covered their material.

I read that the Beatles did not want the song on their album or to even release...Paul showed the song to Matt ..he liked it and recorded it before the Beatles did...

George Martin produced a few of Munro's singles and helped him sign a new record deal. I didn't know this until I checked but this version was released even before the Beatles released their own one.
