Absolute garbage, the chain tool on both mine and a friend's have broken over the last few months. Also gone through two Topeak pumps over the past year. Won't be buying from this brand again.

Please consider that it takes relatively little force to drive out a chain pin when everything is lined up correctly. If you are having to apply a lot of force in order to remove or install a chain pin, it is because the driver pin is binding with the chain pin due to improper alignment. If this happens, simply stop, back the driver pin out a little, realign the chain links and give it another try.
Just ordered from amazon. We'll see how it holds up.
