This would've been alot better if both of them were in spikes and out of blocks, the comparison would've been much more clear. But from what I can see Asafa is in fact a technical genius and I think the reason gay sort of pulled away was because he was touching the ground faster than Asafa, and that can easily be blamed on the fact that Asafa had on trainers. Anyway good video !

gay is shorter than Asafa, so is stride is shorter and a litle quicker. You also cant compare someone with tennis shoes and blocks to someone with spikes and no blocks...
