Tony Romo came out in the second half(against baltimore) and did an amazing job bringing Dallas back. Take away the two stupid 70+ yard touchdowns the Dal D gave up and give those 14 points to Dallas and you have a W. Yeah, Romo came out and played well in the second half. Look the problem isn't Romo. It's the Offensive line PERIOD. The O-line sucks. "False start" Adams needs to go. He couldn't stop a speed DE if he was 15 feet wide. And Mark Columbo is decent at best. Everyone was excited because Romo was "mobile". You don't need a mobile quarterback if your O-line is really good. Look at Tom brady or Peyton Manning or Troy Aikman. All that mobility means is that your offensive line sucks. They could get Rylan Reed, tackle from Texas Tech. He beched 625 lbs.

Yeah the Cowboys have a lot of stars on offense but we also had a lot of key injuries, namely romo who was out 4 games and when he came back he wasnt 100%, plus add the RB injuries and the injuries to jason witten and the O-line and it doesnt make it any easier

I agree with CowboyTD... Give Romo a couple more years. If he doesn't win a playoff game within the next two years then sure...let him go. but give the guy a break, the last two games of the season he had no protection, and you could see he was getting frustrated and tried to make plays by himself. That may be Romo's only problem, trying too hard. if he has time and doesn't have to try so hard to avoid the sacks and dodge defenders he would be great. Give him a few years b4 you draft a rookie.

1) Jerry Jones = He meddles too much & picks up players that are not needed and only cause drama off the field (TO, Pacman)
2) No respect for the Coach = Wade is a fool that the players dont respect (Romo showed that when he overturned him on that 4th down) Either Wade needs to get tough, or they need to find somebody tough.

Tony Romo came out in the second half(against baltimore) and did an amazing job bringing Dallas back. Take away the two stupid 70+ yard touchdowns the Dal D gave up and give those 14 points to Dallas and you have a W. Yeah, Romo came out and played well in the second half. He played bad the first half good the second. while the defense played good the WHOLE game but when the D was needed the most.

I agree, too many people believe that Romo is the source of all our problems. Realistically he's just the scape goat for what's really going on, and people choose to single him out because he's the QB, and the leader of the team. Leave Tony Romo alone. I agree that Tony Romo isn't the whole problem for Dallas but he is one of the biggest problems. He fumbles the ball way to much and doesn't show up in big games because he isn't fully committed to the game. He is too busy becoming a celebrity, and going on vacation during the playoffs rather than preparing for the biggest game of his life. He has the best o-line in the game, and the best supporting cast in all of football on his offense and he still can't pull it together.

Totally agree, where are the Cowboys going to find a QB as good and as young Tony Romeo (Bayless reference)...even with turnover problems. The only FA player on the horizon that I could see coming close to Romo's production or playmaking skills are Warner who is near retirement (a statue) and Vick who is still in jail and has big wild card over him (not quite as good passing). They could groom rookie, like Bradford or Stafford...I doubt they will be as a good Romo.

First of all, Romo has only 2 1/2 years of playing experience in this league as a STARTER! This guy ended the year with a 91 qb rating threw for over 3,000 yards and 26 TD'S and missed a MONTH! For people to rip this guy and say he needs to go is ridiculous! We saw this team perform when he was out with that finger injury and it wasn't pretty. Dallas would of been in the playoffs if not for it. Bottom line, it all falls on the coaching and play calling on this team.

Yeah I'd have to agree with all of that. I was one of the ones dissing on Romo...putting lots of blame on his shoulders. Romo IS a great quarterback for this team. If they fix the coaching, play calling AND the protection from our offensice line...we will be right back in the thick of it as far as making a run for the Super Bowl. We also need to make the most of all these great weapons that we have. They are only great if we use them well.

Well, Your right on the Romo thing. But I think it's all on the Coach in my Opinion. He's too soft on them. I think the Cowboys need a new head coach and not Jason Garett. Mike Shanahan would be a better fit Head Coach then Wade. BTW CowboyTD Jason Garett is being interview for the Head Coaching position In Detroit. My point is TD, is that its not on Romo it's Garett and especially Wade are the main reasons that the Cowboys are not it the playoffs.
