I remember a few years ago when I was in 6th grade, my mom would work on her computer and have music playing. Whenever I came home, I'd always hear this song and his other songs. As well as some by Bauhaus, The Sisters of Mercy, The Cure, and all kinds of other " talent- required" music.

This Upload has the best quality audio in relation to the other postings, and from this, you can really hear some of the very cool nuances found in this song. A good play on Minor keys, and unrelated chords gives this a mysterious quality; would make an excellent soundtrack song for a worthy movie. Now, we just need a worthy movie! In addition, Adam has a song called Charge of the Heavy Brigade that appears on his unreleased Persuasion album. Perhaps there's a link between them?

As I understand it, Adam's trademark jacket is an actual costume from the film "The Charge of the Light Brigade" (1968 version). That song title sounds like a funny pun on the movie.

One of the coolest songs of the 80's. When he says, "oh hey" after he sings "and console you with a big kiss on the lips, and on the back of your neck" just makes it a classic, like something Jagger would do. I miss the 80's, not only because I'm 26 years older than I was when this song came out, but the music was better. It had melody, feeling, and the clothes were cooler. We had to worry about the USSR, but now we have bin Laden, Russia, China, Global Warming, famines, floods, should I go on?

Yeah- the horns and guitar are sweet on this.I damn near blew my eardrums out on this album when it came out. I love the sustain Marco puts on the guitar coming out of the big trumpet section part. Marco sure knew how to build the sound up with the twang, the rhythmn parts and the solos he used to rip. They were awesome in concert. Nobody in their seats from the minute they took the stage. Very derivative but somehow made it original.
