one thing you could do for the back is lean your head forward, flip your hair backwards and spray it with hair spray. then as soon as you do it, only wait a few seconds then flip your hair back up and shake it a little. it stays straighter and spikier :)

My length always changes. The longer the hair, the more you gotta tease it. If you cut it too short, it'll grow pretty quick, so you can find the right length.
