@tomonzabird777 Black lines accross the screen? That's called dead pixels.. The best way to solve it is replacing your lcd for a new one.. There's no way to fix it.. it is usually due to a transistor malfunction or uneven distribution of liquid in the liquid crystal display..
actually if you take off the sticker from the back and slide up the phone you will find 2 black screws take them out. then slide it down 3/4 of the way you will find another 2 screws also take those out then you can pry ur phone open easily :)

if the phone is completely dry it should work. otherwise try opening it and cleaning it. and not cleaning like with water and a brush or anything. glean all the copper contacts cause they have probably eroded.

Had same problem with my keys on my first one. Had it replaced before the year was up. The new one just started f'ing up on me. The walkman button was like stuck in, and after about an hour of trying to get it to stop going back and forth between screens I threw it against my dash. Fixed the problem, but my left side light doesn't work, the button is busted, and it doesn't slide very easy now. The screen is easy to take out. Pry it out from right side first then the ribbon unplugs.
hes taking out the battery and hes like: obviously your phone will turn off...
shouldnt u just turn it off b4 u pull the battery out :P

Lol, my keypad digits didn't fall off but they are all cracking. You can always buy a new keypad off ebay though.
