  • I can't afford one of those cameras, and they have 120 of them.

  • this was when hollywood used to rock.

  • 120 cameras for just seconds?! unbelievable

  • its funny

no one has ever over done this yet

the matrix still has the bar set

  • @legendaryassclown LMAO HAHAHAHAHAHAAHA

  • @legendaryassclown The Matrix isn't your mom.

  • why didn't they just used one camera panning?

  • @Nolimitsfan do you realize how fast the camera would have to pan around?

  • @Nolimitsfan they did that on the csi season 10 opener!!!

I will try this mammoth task yearly next year when I have bought at least 4 used Nikon D40 cameras!

  • @bernhardtsen74 Let me know how it turns out, would love to see it.

  • @banearu will do!

First im going to sell my semi new d3100 and get a d90, then afterwards the crazy project!

would you try the trick too?

  • @bernhardtsen74 Cool.. Yeah I would try it also

  • why am i still watching this???hmm maybe cause its too awesome!!!

  • resident evil 2 leon

  • they should've done the Max Payne movie

  • So basically what he is saying is...he can interpolate elapsed real time parabolic simulations using timing sequences by actuating virtual photographic cameras to capture a frame of film.

  • Cant believe I still remember Gaetas name.

  • ... WILD.

  • Wowzers I actually understood all of this LOL!

  • can some1 tell me what he just

  • i think he's saying "i" alot cause he's speaking from the director's point of view not to be egotistical, anyways, was the matrix the very first movie to use bullet time effect

  • This is why nerd are important.

  • Still smart effect tho for its time back in 1997/98

    but what is bullet time?

Slowing down time to seing in a clear and smooth image what happends in a milli or micro second.

360* view is just the extra effect.

  • @AnnSummers2011 lol . He just can't restrain his enthusiasm for the project. Can't you see the smile in his face while he's talking (3:45) :) . This man right there is happy doing his job :) . Don't be a troll :p

  • @AnnSummers2011 shit, if i thought this up and created, id ware a shirt with the letter I in big bold lettering :)

  • @AnnSummers2011 I just checked your channel, your comments here have described yourself well, I could only watch 1:30 of the first vid that popped up, you need to get a life.

The man describing his workflow on this vid would probably make more in an hour then you do for a whole year, time to have a reality check loser

  • @AnnSummers2011

Wow. You're a sad, sad man.

  • @AnnSummers2011 fuck off with your egalitarianism, he developed it so he can say "I" when he refers to the thing.

  • Who would dislike this?

  • @LardTardProductions 2 people xD

  • @Morgan777gc 2 douches you mean :P

  • soooo.....what is bullet-time ?

  • I can do this, i can do that... I'd like to see you try and do it by yourself... you were part of a team

  • 120 Cameras....?

  • @kavishapresents do this with 10 cameras and see what happens... nothing, you need A LOT of cameras to cover each part of the subject in which each frame needed can be taken out and edited in to a smooth film

  • Wow... Okay, whoever doesn't like the matrix, you have GOT to give them credit for the bullet - time thing. just.... Wow

  • С таким-то графоном.

  • This people working there do are great job !

Please give me the name of this music !

  • wow deep stuff

  • 1:43 notice a FUCKING SONY VX1000

  • @strikeah

    hahaha nice

  • This is almost like stop-motion on crack.

  • ok! uhmmm...how do i get a job like this??? XD

  • Matrix in 3D would be so awesome

  • @uitje1 3D bullet-time - now that would be something incredible ;)

  • Nice!

  • Even though the Washowski brothers stole the matrix from that women this camera angle was revolutionary in film making

  • love the bullet time effect, it just looks so cool

  • 0:19 to 0:27 was always kind of random to me.every time i watch the special features, that weird junkyard scene makes me wish there was a movie of that.

  • It would have been better if he said "we."

  • turn to Allah.....

  • @Human3xtube my ass.

  • amazing

  • Who did the voiceover at the beginning?

  • This is GENEOUS!

  • @Gerson619ASY If you have some sort of camera tracking software, you can actually make your own simulation of the same approach.

Icarus (not developed anymore, became PF Track from Pixel Farm), is the commercial version of Icarus (that was developed at the University of Manchester here in the UK).

  • @Gerson619ASY GENIUS DUDE. IT'S SPELLED GENIUS. CMONNN. SPELL CHECKERS ARE ON ALL COMPUTERS NOW

  • @touchogrey cmon dude. do you really have to annoy me with comments that i don't even remember i did?!

    thats stupid!

  • Sorry, they weren't on the other version, so I assumed you made them. My bad.....

  • @mtracer100 No problem, how could you know :)

  • BTW: At 1:26, the caption should read: That is, a camera coming up to speed, moving AT A speed...

Just thought I'd point that out.

  • @mtracer100 Actually these are not captions. It's the official subtitles from the dvd embeded in the video :) .

  • This is totally awesome! I was looking for this video, but I think it got deleted a while ago. Thanks for bringing it back!!!
