This is an outrage, not just to women but for all of humanity. Obviously something very fishy and corrupt is covering up the truth in regards to these murders and disappearances and I bet if one were to find the truth it would reach high levels in the international community. May God bring the truth to light and justice for every family who suffers due to these evil and heinous crimes committed and covered up! Amen..... The Mexican government should be ashamed of itself!
Totally agree with you! I also wonder why they would cover up these crimes? What do they gain from it? I mean, it´s a poor city and tourism is very good for the economy. But noone dares to go there now so the tourism is almost completely gone. Also, why do they want to have this horrible reputation? I don´t get it. Why doesn´t anybody do something about this? It´s been going on for too long now...It´s totally unbelievable!!
@Tussanify I'll tell you why the police/ authorities are covering up everything. First, we'll start with the criminals. These crimes are not just committed by anyone. They are committed by very powerful rich mobsters and drug dealers. Second, These mobsters manipulate the police by doing two things: either threatening to kill them & their families or offering them money to shut up and lie. These investigators don't earn much, so they take the money from the mobsters & do as they're told.
@inturn23 exactly! in mexico anyone can be bought. judges, policemen, federal prosecutors. the police know exactly who is behind the killings but they turn a blind eye for fear of getting killed themselves. its obviously the cartels who are behind it.
@Tussanify the drug cartels are working together with the army and the police to kidnap and murder people 5000 people where kidnapped and murdered in juarez since 2008 the governors of the states and goverment institutions in mexico are bribed by the cartels dissidents are murdered
