it's annoying how people complain about "no such thing as tofu" etc... nobody's shoving it down your throat. if you don't want it, then don't eat it, DUH!?
i personally looked for ways to cook tofu because i want to switch it around once in a while. it's less in calories, fats, and cholesterol compared to regular meat. but don't get me wrong, i still love my meat. but it's good to switch to them back and forth at least. and it's a good alternative for vegans/vegetarians

Mongolian beef is an American dish, it isn't something that originated in Mongolia or even in China, it's no more Chinese than the stuff they call "Chow mein" in American Chinese restaurants...Chow mein just means "Leftovers!"...And fortune cookies aren't Chinese, either. Get over yourselves, stop whining about what 'should' or 'shouldn't be and just enjoy the cooking, life is too short.
I didn't think Tofu could tastes so good. That's a great way to cook it..yumi yumi i can smell it from here..Oh and It's amazing how u handled that wok even though its kinda small,
