  • Hey, uhhm. I followed your steps EXACTLY, and as soon as I flashed the CLK, it just stayed in the bloody HTC screen! Fuck this!

    Please help!

  • @thehornyhorse I had the exact same problem and I was able to solve it by flashing the Radio after the Task 29. Maybe it's still of relevance for you.

  • Thank You.. I Had Magdlr but it wouldn't boot into recovery and no cwm commands would work and seeing as I had CLK on my previous motorola clq I thought i'd give it a chance. Once Again thanks. And guys if when you get to the browse option just browse to the google usb driver folder. The computer automatically picks it up.

  • I have tried to preform a task 29 (both with and without the nand toolkit) but every time i start it my phone stays at 0% and eventually gives me an error message, what could be the problem?

  • I have the same error! i am running windows 7. what should i do?

  • When I try to intall the winusb it says "The INF file you selected does not support this method of installation". What should I do?

  • Thanks so much!

  • does this work on the t.. mobile version ? ihave being doing it step by step n it s not passing the clk 150 md. the device is saying suspend, reset ,portchange.

  • Nice video, thanks. You say in your instructions " MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE LATEST VERSION OF HSPL FOR YOUR DEVICE". (a) How do I know if I have latest HSPL? (b) What is the latest version? (c) If I dont have latest version, at what point do I install it ref your instructions to install CLK? (d) Once I have CLK / CWM installed can I restore a previous CWM backup? (Using Pongsters HyperDroidGBX at present)

    Cheers, JellyW

  • @jellywobbles sorry i made a small mistake, what i should have put is make sure you use the latest version of the hspl flasher, you actually need HSPL 2.08 to run android or wp7, thanks for the question tho, i will amend the description.

  • @jellywobbles you can restore a previous backup with clk and cwm just like you would have done in MAGLDR apart from to get into cwm you hold down the home button as your device turns on.

you install hspl first and then install the latest radio and then you install clk/cwm

you know what version of hspl you have by holding down the volume down button while your device turns on, this will take you into the bootloader where it will say if you have spl of hspl and what version.

  • Thnx for the video ...

  • Thnx for the video ...

  • Thank you very much for the video 96edwy,

I have some questions, should I keep the home button pressed while booting up whenever I need to load the CWMR?

Why doen't CLK Roms support RMNET? PPP drops alot as far as I know !!

Thank you very much and this would be a great video if you could carry on installing the whole thing :)

    Thank you :)

  • @adazamim i alredi have a video on how to install roms with cwm so there was no point in carrying on, i did leave a link in the description tho which goes to my video.

not too sure about the rmnet issue and clk tbh

and yes u need to hold down the home button when booting the device to access CWM

  • Omg I remember this now I have an Inspire

  • is there any benefit to using CLK?

  • @EmuTime2 you can use rom manager, if u dont know what rom manager is then google it, you can reboot directly into clockwork recovery mod from android and also its a faster boot time.

  • Thanks for your great knowledge on this. I think you have the best tutorials in my opinion.

  • @jesseserna123 thanks for the kind words

  • whoever has an htc hd2 HAS to subscribe to your channel
