Don't mean to ne eristic or anything, but I would disagree with that. The captain did catch Flynn Rider. Flynn just managed to escape the next day. Mother Gothel might get eternal life after all (if you believe in hell). And the Stabbington Brothers did get their revenge... it was just short lived :D

I just realized something (I'm not exactly what you'd call intuitive). When Flynn's singing his bit he says 'and alone, surrounded by enormous piles of money.' I just find it really cute how he changes all of this, he chooses rapunzel over money. shows how much he's changed and how much he loves her :')

I'm a 22 year old man and I am also obsessed with this movie. I think Flinns a douche, but I'm crazy about Gothel and Rapunzel's mom (either, not both). Soundtrack rules. Once in a while Disney manages to crack through all the preppy garbage they've made and a tiny ray of warmth, originality and fun manages to find it's way into our cold modern hearts.
