  • @Jamie050888 Aww lol! Not rude at all! I am 22, but I was 20 when I filmed this. I was married on my 18th Birthday, pregnant at 19, had my first son at 20 and my second son at 21 lol!

  • Oh hai! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • haay I am a new mum to be and and I also have a full figured body and I am really worried about the weight gain that ive got to lose after giving birth, did you breastfeed? and did it help you lose the weight???

  • @ayatt2011 I breastfed my first son only 2 weeks and my second son for 6 months. Breastfeeding really helped me at first! I lost a lot the first couple of months. But then it leveled out. Since you have to eat so many calories to make enough milk, it ends up evening out. But that's just MY experience. Everyone is different!

  • I envy you, I gained almost 70 pounds when I was pregnant. Now 8 months later I have 20 more pounds to lose :( I have tried to keep eating right and working out but I kinda slip some times. I need a swift kick in the rear or just look in the mirror at mine lol Oh and like the millionth congrats on the birth of Declan!!

  • so all you did was cut out white foods, soda, and fried foods... while working out 4 times a week ???? what about like sweets and stuff like that??

  • @tlktvprincess Sweets have sugar in them. Sugar is white. So I didn't eat it. I cut out most processed foods which incudes almost every sweet.

  • Hey Lora! I was actually wondering how soon after having Tripp did you get the energy back to start working out? I've unintentionally lost 27lbs (so far) while pregnant (the baby's doing wonderful though, despite the severe morning sickness). I was already heavy before pregnancy though, so I want the numbers on the scale to keep going down after he's born (I'm not trying to lose it now LOL!). Just wondering how long after giving birth you had enough energy to start working out. Thanks a bunch!

  • @ForgottenAngel22 Well, I had the energy to workout, probably about a month or so after I had him. But I wasn't "allowed" to work out until Tripp was 6 or 7 weeks. Doctors really like you to wait closer to 2 months after you've had the baby and healed to workout again.

  • Its so freakin hard to loose weight uggh especially pastas i LOVE pastas.But Ima try the no whites diet ,wish me luck.

  • @suzy2daboosie Good luck!! You can do it :o) You don't have to give up ALL pasta!! I still ate whole grain pasta and loved it!

  • Haha, I know how you felt about that baby weight. I gained 50 lbs when I got pregnant (yikes). My secret to losing the baby weight was breastfeeding. I was back to pre-prego weight within a few months.

  • @heatherandjoey breast feeding also sags the breast. so working out can help strengthen that Musial.

  • Hey Lora I love the fact that you can rock a curvy body. I have one too, but think I am failing lol. I am on a diet right now: No fast food, Only water, No more than 1,500 cal a day. And do some exercise. And why is it the first 10lbs is easy to lose but the rest feels like I am going no where? I am trying to lose 40lb and I have lost 12lb in 1 month.(i guess that is good right???lOl) heck if I know lol.

  • lmao i gained 70 and lost all but about 10 that i still have to lose and hes a year old... grrr ! i was rollerblading but didnt lose a thing and gut looks the same :( wanna run, but i think i may not make it home, i may pass out lol cause im a smoker :(. ima try this no whites diet. hope it works. oh no you said soda, i drink about 6 a day and NO water, cant seem to kick these habits. u look amazing by the way

But I tried the whole no whites thing and in the past 8 days I've lost 3 lbs!!! I just wanted to know if u ever fell off the wagon and if u also portion controlled ur meals??

  • That's awesome!! Go you!! I didn't "fall off the wagon" exactly. I just stopped doing the diet once I reached my goal weight. Now I just eat pretty much whatever I want, but small portions of it. And I try to stay away from sodas and desserts as much as possible lol!

  • Great video!!! I saw it a few days ago and started the whole no whites thingy and I've lost 3 lbs!!! I'm eating totally normal, just no sugar, white pasta, white rice or white bread!!! Brilliant!! The hardest thing that an average woman can do after giving birth is to lose the extra weight. Wish me luck, I've got another 25 to go!!! You look awesome btw!!! Did u ever feel like u fell off the wagon? And also, did u portion control too??

  • Lots of grilled and baked chicken, veggies, fruit, whole grain pasta and rice and whole grain bread. Also lots of eggs and water!

  • im pretty sure juice runs through my veins. my husband gets on my case all the time that i need to drink water but i dont like water.and Motts Totts I LOVE so much... i could drink that non stop all day long. your diet is a low card diet. i eat the same way. so no pasta or starch or sugar. but lots of protein and veggies and only small portions of fruit. you are so beautiful i love watching your videos. i'm NOT one of those skinny girls either. i've always had a huge ghetto booty and thighs. =]

  • Only gaining 20 pounds would have been unhealthy. And breastfeeding also helps you loose weight because you burn an extra 500 calories a day.

  • I did, but not for very long. It did seem to help though. It's contracts your uterus so that helps to flatted your belly a little.

I go to the gym 4-5 times a week, but I love your idea of cutting out the refined white foods.   • NEVER say never!! I went up a bunch of sizes. I THREW AWAY all my jeans because I thought "There is NO way I will fit into these again." My mother in law secretly kept my fav. pair and made me try them on and they are now a lil lose! It IS possible!

  • Yeahh, I'm 8 months, and so far I've gained 40lbs.!!! But you gave me hope when you said half of your weight came off at birth! Gives me something else to look forward to when he comes, besides just him! lol

  • Haha! Nope, that's actually part of the jumperoo. Its a squishy padding for his back, but its a little monkey!

  • No, it's not a no carb diet. If it was a no carb diet then I wouldn't be able to eat pasta, bread, or rice at all!! But I can eat them. As long as they are whole grain :o) I could NEVER do no carbs haha

  • Congrats on losing the weight girl!! I think you look fabulous :) you looked gorgeous though too when you were preggo!! I am not a pretty pregnant person LOL. I've never been skinny, I don't even know what that's like haha. I gained a whopping 72 lbs with my daughter & lost 50 of it...so I started this pregnancy with an extra 20 lbs! But it took about a year for that 50 lbs to come off...that's a lot though! I'm really trying to do better this time!! Anyway, CONGRATS!!

  • Hi Lora, First of all, congrats on your weight loss! Ur definitely one of the most beautiful women in the world, and such an awesome mom to boot! I watch your vids every time I need to feel inspired (which is like all the time, lol!). I just had my second little girl 2 weeks ago, and things have been tough with her and a 3 yr old. But your outlook and attitude always makes me feel that everything will be fine. Also, I was wondering what the name of that bouncy thing Tripp is in is called.

I'm sure you're loving it though and having a lot of fun at the same time! That toy he is in is called a Jumperoo :o) They make alllll kinds of them, but we went with the jungle theme to match his room lol

I lost all of my pregnancy weight with my last daughter quite quickly plus 10lbs extra and I was so excited that I could fit into all of my pre-pregnancy clothes too!! I just wish that I could now lose the weight that I gained from my first daughter!! lol On that one, I still have like 40lbs... I use to have so much will power in high school and then when I met my husband, it just all went out the window! So now i'm trying to get back on track..

  • Thank you! You will be able too! It HAS to be harder with the second since you now have two kids AND your body has now been through pregnancy twice. But it'll happen :o)

  • You look really great! I know what helped me the most was nursing, then after that i stopped drinking a lot of pop, and started drinking more water, and i think that helped a lot! I have also heard that we are supposed to stay away from low fat stuff and just eat all natural ingredients, i feel like that is helping too! Congrats on the weight loss!

  • I hear ya I am not the stick type either! Don't even worry about #s, my normal weight is what a lot of petite ladies weigh at full term! I just want to look less bloated if that makes any sense!. The second I stopped running and started eating in HS I went up 2 cup sizes and got hips so it turns out I was meant to be curvy all along! Next month could be the month ;) so I'm trying to get healthy now. HIGH FIVE for getting into your HS jeans! I threw mine out long ago.

  • Yea I never worry about numbers. This whole time, I've been going by how my clothes fit! But I just had a doc apt b4 I made this vid and they weighed me so I knew I was less!! Haha and I threw out all my HS jeans too. Or so I thought. My mother in law actually kept my fav pair because she "KNEW" I would be able to wear them again lol!

  • Whole grain pasta and veggies and chicken for dinner. Whole grain bread for sandwhiches at lunch. Special K cereal for breakfast. Fruit, nuts, and yogurt for snacks. Those are the basic things I eat lol

  • wow, I gained 45lbs and I lost 7lbs when I had my c-section. I was in shock cuz I only lost 7lbs which was what the baby weighed!!! Congrats on the weight loss I'm trying to loose the weight too I have 6lbs left but my son is 11months.

    Its funny you posted this video TODAY .. my mom and I got into a fight about weight and she called me FAT and told me that I may eat healthy but it does NOTHING for me .. so now I want to eat more careful so she doesnt call me fat anymore.

    I am like you tho .. I have a booty and bigger boobs so Im not stick thin and I have curves which is 100% fine with me. I dont want to be scrawny.

Its sort of nice to hear such a success story from you know one of the average girls who wasnt like only 100lbs when they got preggos. I dont mind numbers so I dont mind saying I was 165 when I started and 175 now. My goal is to not go past 200, haha.

    I lost the same amount of weight too, and is weighing less than my pre-pregnancy too lol. I drink tuns and tons of water. I pretty much still eat everything but i trick my body by eating my meals like three times, so i end up eating regular small portions plus breastfeeding which burns abt 500kcals per day. want to loose 8 more lbs :-) It's possible to be a mommy and still look good. Go girl!!!!!!!
