Aren't the Kadeshi using electronic coded chatter rather than actual voices ?

I like the Raiders captain voice, and when you zoom in close to a Raider ship you hear voices from their mics or something

well yeah i can soert of hear it too, i can clearly make out understood and rdy for orders, but what does the rest of it mean. Maybe its an easter egg, like it some russian or chinese warlord doing a speech only in reverse
