Here's an idea,maybe they could charge people for some kind of "gold account" that's only $2 a month. It's so cheap, almost every youtube user would buy it. That money would be spread around to different companies... everyone's happy. Regular youtube accounts would be able to see original videos... and videos that aren't caught by youtube.

If youtube's definition of "fair use" was the actual definition of fair use, then Weird Al would've been vaporized at some point in the mid-80s. You'll also notice that the copywrong school video is the only video that Youtube's ever posted which has the comments disabled...Hmmm, I'm no conspiracy nutjob, but that sounds like censorship to me!

@tsntana I don't know, but probably it was disabled when people started pointing out all of the errors (such as them saying or at least insinuating you have to ask permission for parodies when you actually don't if I recall correctly) or maybe it was disabled when people started giving out answers to the 'quiz' which they force you to take. Still, most people who make parodies are moving to Dailymotion nowadays, because they actually know what fair use is.

I feel with the youtube. It was probably attacked by some copyright terrorists that it does not do enaugh for their fascism, so it did this funny version, that clearly gives viewer enaugh informations to understand, how ridiculous the copyright is.
