Ok fixed it I feel soooo stupid! Just went through the code childish error . I added an extra " on my line 12 XD hah I'm so stupid. I changed a thew things in the code too to increase the performance in it
Yes, it would say I need a bracket in a spot and once I put it there it would say not needed. Although the new one is ALOT differrnt then the one in the description.

But i have heard about the physics engine just added 2 days ago is causing alought of crashing, so that might not be the drone fault entirely. A request to, can you make it like a plane. More like look around with it not just do barrel rolls.

Hey, i've followed the insturctons completely and I can control the drone, but the camera does not follow directly behind it as shown in the video, instead, it just stays locked around the player in the seat. Any ideas as to why this could be happening? I really want this one to work!

@weoweno Basically, the camera becomes almost like the old 3rd person view you'd get by pressing control, and just aims at the drone instead of what's shown in the video where the camera actually follows the drone in 3D space. Does that clear things up a bit? :D
@zazo6 good. then my knowledge in E2 hasn't yet rusted. have been playing ZS instead of sandbox for while now. mr.green ZS server is really good. i have been playing there since i started playing gmod, and that was long time ago. why im writing this? well good that it works. use it wisely.
@MegaGamer50 by looking the code i can see that there is only 1 line that has mass amount and is related to shift. E:applyForce(E:up()*(Space-Shift)*E:mass()*100) for example E:applyForce(E:up()*(Space-Shift)*E:mass()*50) would reduce it to half. tell me if the result when you try it
@MegaGamer50 oh you mean gravity xD. try this with simple one first by making non-gravity to them. so take you physical properetias or something like that and take gravity off and there you go. remember to put it to every prop.
@zazo6 yeh i know what it is... there is file there that causes it for some reason. try looking from wiremod folder for it... and make sure you putted the wiremod files in addon folder... and i mean this folder garrysmod/addons haves these folders : wiremod, wiremod_model_pack_1 and adv duplicator
@militaryson94 the map is gm_buttes and the coding was done partly by me and partly by my friend.(he teached me the basics of E2 and these applyforce coding)
I'm trying to use this on a prop that must have been designed backwards. The cam and directions on the E2 are facing the rear of the prop. what would i have to change to make them face the opposite direction?
@predatorguy07 try reinstalling wiremod. if you get lua errors when holdin wire tool then it can be repaired with simple reinstall of wiremod addon. i have not seen this proplem before but its most likely that it will be fixed with that.

Whoever says this doesn't work isn't doing it right.
However, when I dupe it a couple times sometimes the drone faces the wrong way (eg. up, down, sideways). Is there any way to prevent and/or fix this?

I love it ^^ But i made some small adjustments.
Replaced "E:setMass(50000)" with this:
if (first() | (~E & E)) { E:setMass(50000)
)
And replaced:
"E = entity():isWeldedTo()" with
@inputs E:entity
after that it works perfect ^^

U should try attaching the seat to the drone. That way it would be more like a plane and wherever it goes you go too.

hey, great tutorial but ive gotone problem.... when i try to link the E2's "cam" to my cam controller i get a lua error

makes it follow where you look... you need to add the camera position and enable it... + make inputs and mark the entity
