The heavens (firmament) according to the usage in the bible was limited to the atmosphere. God (Yahweh) was concidered to be a physical being above the atmosphere. The sun, moon and all heavenly bodies were actually known to be in the atmosphere. So this is NOT your gods universe.
If you want to make fiction become fact at least agree with the ORIGINAL fiction. Else you are just making shit up and denying the word of GOD!
The planets formed out of the remnants of dead stars. The universe itself formed out of a singularity 13.5 billion years ago, and ever since, spacetime has been expanding faster and faster. Nothing "made" the planets or the universe. They formed on their own.

Take a nice watch completely apart. Put all these pieces in a bag and shake it. Shake it forever and it will never reassemble itself, let alone wind itself back up and set to the correct time. We live in God's creation and we are His creation. We have the freedom to live for ourselves or live for Him. We have the choice of either having faith in Him or whatever else exists. Up to this point you have chosen to have faith in science...

There are higher levels of reality beyond the one in which we reside and beyond our comprehension. The bible states the things which are seen come from the unseen. The motivation behind materialism is to deny the existence of God whom we must answer to, and to justify immorality i.e. fornication, homosexuality, murder, abortion, disobedience etc.
In my darkest hour I cried out to Him with Tears of brokeness and He showed me a taste of what is to come. All Glory is Gods and it is His Grace which holds me in place.
