They don't have a single evolutionary biologist in this video but they interview 5 or 6 college students. Dr. Gary Parker is the only biologist of any kind and he is a conservative Christian whose main position has been with the Institute for Creation Research.

This is also wrong about abiogenesis. Scientists think that the first lifeforms were not cells, but were self replicating and mutating strands of amino acids (like RNA).

@Milkman3177 God's existence has nothing to do with evolution, There's no part of any theory that says god couldn't have been the one to make the big bang happen and in such a way that it lead to conditions on earth which would create and support life. These theories are just where evidence lead us. they aren't some attempt to destroy religions, and there's no part of them that says there can't be a god, they just contradict certain elements of how religions describe that god.

Even if evolution is wrong, that doesn't make creationism right. The disproof of something wouldn't make another claimed conjecture true. All hypothesis have to go through the scientific process. They weren't formed from "dust of the ground". So they wouldn't necessarily have the same elements...yet they do.
The beginning of this video seems to be deliberately misleading, as no description of the Big Bang that I've ever read suggests ANY period of absolute nothingness before the actual bang. In fact, there are several different theories about what came before the expansion, or even if anything came at all.

Biology, on the other hand, is a well established field, and, although we may not have the answer to how life started, we DO know how current lifeforms came to be as they are now.

It not only helps show what animals are closely related, it shows how close and gives us an idea of when certain animals diverged. Take Neanderthal; DNA has proven that they diverged from other primates separately from us. In other words, they weren't homo sapiens. And yes, all this WOULD stand up in court. And it has.

Gravity is not a good example at all to make your point- I can toss a rock into the air and I can OBSERVE gravity at work. We cannot observe "morphing"- I think that is a requirement of science to be able to observe and recreate in a lab- Neither can be done with the silly "theory of morphing"- Close enough is not good enough to call it an absolute fact-

@shotsxxx Gravity is a GREAT example. Gravitational theory explains WHY that rock comes back down. Gravity is a fact. The theory explains why and how it works. The same is true with evolution. Animals and plants evolve; that is a simple fact. The theory only explains why and how animals evolve.

Yeah, but gravity has never been 'proven'. Great case in point is that, from a general relativity perspective... Newton's laws of gravity were shown to be wrong.
But I get your point. The fact that macroevolution happens is as much supported as is gravity. It's an extremely well supported scientific model, to the point where arguing about it is silly.

They weren't formed from "dust of the ground". So they wouldn't necessarily have the same elements...yet they do.

The beginning of this video seems to be deliberately misleading, as no description of the Big Bang that I've ever read suggests ANY period of absolute nothingness before the actual bang. In fact, there are several different theories about what came before the expansion, or even if anything came at all.

The Theory of Evolution has nothing to do with the Big Bang Theory. They are two different areas of study, Biology and Cosmology. Biology does not attempt to explain the origins of the Universe. Perhaps you should actually read a Biology book instead of playing on YouTube all day long.
There is no difference in opinion on evolution in the scientific community. Only Sun Worshiping Fools have a problem with evolution because it disproves your false god.

OK you need to know some history the world back in the days was mostly pagan. Pagans celebrated many holidays Christmas, Easter, and so on. The catholic church wanted to make people stop so they associated their pagan holidays with the Bible to get people to stop. every holiday or thing you mention are complete pagan things that the catholic church intermittent with Christianity to get people to stop. Again you need to read the Theory of Evolution before you try and criticize it. That is not how it works. Life evolves because it is obeying the laws of nature. All energy is trying to turn to mass and all mass is trying to turn to energy and the result many times is life. There is a part of the Theory that explains the formation of the first cells. But the theory goes much deeper than that and your 3rd grade education will probably not allow you to understand.

1st of all the winter solstice does not occur on Dec 25th it varies between the beginning and the end of December depending on the year that it occurs.
2nd the story of Jesus death and resurrection is an allegorical myth about the winter solstice not his birth. That is a different allegorical myth.

That's a flat out false statement. But you're still missing my point. Abiogenesis is a field that is fairly new. Chemists are working on the answers. Biology, on the other hand, is a well established field, and, although we may not have the answer to how life started, we DO know how current lifeforms came to be as they are now.

You mentioned DNA. It proves, beyond a reasonable doubt that all life is, in fact, related. It does prove common descent. It not only helps show what animals are closely related, it shows how close and gives us an idea of when certain animals diverged. Take Neanderthal; DNA has proven that they diverged from other primates separately from us. In other words, they weren't homo sapiens. And yes, all this WOULD stand up in court. And it has.

and then a few extra things taht aren't fallacies but still implying/saying things wrong such as:
mischaracterization of the definition of "scientific theory" vs. "laymen's theory" among others.

holy crap this guy is an idiot and he/this video uses a lot of fallacies and just straight out lies about science. People really need to finish high school (specifically biology and chemistry)
