No, you would need to install CFW, then install those programs. All the keyboard is, is a keyboard.

Puy a Palm Universal Wireless Keyboard ,then download and install TyDoPad , you need to have cfm to do this...once you do this you should be able to control your psp by using the wireless universal keyboard that uses wifi to connect to your psp and save the data on the memorystick.... I'm pretty sure you can get some of ebay or any electronic store....And by the way nice video
