保険代理店は車屋で修理代は事故なんで保険会社もち。

The reporter says that after working hours, the garage owner (with the consent of the driver) destroys the car more so that they can make a larger claim from the insurance company. All cars were fully insured against theft and (of course) damage. Then both the driver and the garage owner would split the cash between them.

The videos were submitted by a sacked employee who wanted revenge. Seems like he got it. The owner and another employee were arrested
