@jaloz21 I agree that these two shows shouldn't be compared to one another except for the fact that they are both sci-fi shows, and the fandom is intense for each! lol However, I just recently went through 8 seasons of the X Files this summer (lol, I know- also they were a little before my time) and the only reason I didn't get to watching the 9th was because of the fact that 1. I knew that there would be very little Scully and Mulder interaction and 2. that it was unlikely their relationship

@jaloz21 wasn't going anywhere. :( That's why I stopped watching Bones. There was no way I was going through another 8 seasons of sexual tension. Fringe is much better at getting to the point! :) However both are amazing shows!!! (Sorry for the ranting!)

This scene really humanized Walternate, I really wish they would have kept it in. Does anyone else think that the show has been hinting that over here Walter was much like Walternate is now, and it was only when dead Peter got sick that he stopped going crazy with science? Then Peternate was stolen from Walternate and he became the vengeful man he is today? It's almost like the real Walternate pokes through in this scene.
