The high waisted leopard print skirt is cute! It cute with a black blouse, or a plain black shirt with a thick black waist belt. I don't think those are pockets though, I think the fabric is scrunched on the side for style. I was going to get it too! but I already have too many leopard print skirts and dresses :)
