My problem is that I'm tall so women's club are too short. I have a set of men's graphite clubs to accomodate for length. My hands are not exactly small so I feel comfortable with the men's club and the driver and hit pretty well. I do notice that I don't take divots.
I just started on grass and having been working on that. I've been told that there was no difference between men and women except for club length. Your video shows the opposite.
