  • what about adding some mushrooms too?

  • That's an awful amount of cheese to eat for breakfast...

  • I just made this an hour ago and this is how it went: it's too bland as many of you guessed. Omnivores would probably like the addition of American bacon or ham (everybody else's bacon). They DO NOT need to cook 50 minutes!!!! Mine started to burn at 22 minutes and it was just by lucky accident that I found them in time. All in all, good, but needs something.

  • nice video nice job good presentation, but why so manny caned products and not fresh ingrediants???

  • do you have to use evaporated milk or can u use skim milk?

  • @taylordesignsllc Since no one else seems to be showing up, I'll try to answer your question. Evaporated milk and skim milk are 2 such totally different things, that I would have to make an educated guess and say you definitely need to stick to the recipe on this one.

  • Last I checked par baking was called dotting!

  • this is great i would recommend some spices to go with this though A little too bland it needs a little more punch than Cayenne

  • thanks man but were can i buy the pie thing from.|?

  • @TheLovesoul1 Do you mean the crusts? In the US they are sold in every large grocery story in the frozen foods section. They come in 2 packs and they come in an aluminum pan for you. You also might try crusts that are sold in the refrigerated case with the cookie dough, crescent rolls, etc. With these you provide your own pans and unfold and size the dough yourself.

  • You look like such a noob with that knife..

  • Straight and to the point...thank you, man!!!

  • love the tater tots on the side.

  • omg i was hungry before watching this vid

    now im dying

  • That is a lot of spinach! I prefer just cheese.

  • Holy moly that's a lot of spinach!!! I like to use less spinach, add tomatoes and peppers to give it some zest.

  • its not just for one person. more cheese it becomes chuck norris. which i mean it becomes rly nice!

  • To much cheese to much fat and try to put nutmeg and 4 more egg

  • This is a really good recipe! However, when I make it I like to cut the cheese in half and add a couple of strips of bacon chopped up.

  • great job mr breakfast, please make more youtube vids :)

  • I like your narrative! good job!

  • it's a man's quiche! (nice voice btw!)

  • This looks wonderful! But I have one question. I am new to cooking on my own, so i really need specifics especially when it comes to spices because i tend to overdo it...so can you tell me the amount of ground mustard, salt and cayenne pepper u used in this recipe?

  • generally speaking, u do it to taste, if the cheese is very salty, then u dont need much salt. It looks like 1 teaspoon of each in the video...

  • The Cayenne pepper is a great touch. I also liked the post by urbankitchen for mushroom olive and herb tarts.

  • This quiche was amazing. Honestly the best that I have ever had, homemade or restaurant!

  • Failure to mention oven temperatures is a big no-no. Also, please remember to indicate whether it's Celsius or Fahrenheit. A lot of us watch from Europe. Thank you.

  • The oven temperature is 350 degrees or 177 degrees Celsius (moderate oven). It's in the video but it's mentioned very quickly.

  • Okay, thanks! But, um, I have another question. Why didn't you precook the crust a little? I think I am jealous. I am American but have been living in Europe for a long time and cannot get those great ready made pie crusts here. I can buy flaky or short dough with sulphur paper attached to it, but have to manipulate it into a pan. It just doesn't work as well as those ready made American crusts. Keep up the good work.

  • looks very very yummy but all that cheese :( cholesterol heaven

  • Good instruction. Looks delicious.
