There's got to be more to the glitch than just that... I've been in and out and around that demon door loads of times, I've even obtained the rising sun, and I have never encountered this glitch. I would have to say that it originates from a scene ending problem when the rising sun is obtained, making it so that when ever the screen reloads in the vicinity of oakfield, it is granted again. But I never had the glitch...

this happened to me too but i just had to load Oakfield and i would get the weapon again but i cant remember weather or not i had done the demon door yet.

My buddy just glitched this too, not the same way. he got his rising sun and we went off to do a quest, now every time he goes back to oakfield he gets a new rising sun. pretty awesome

anthony: just get the Daichi, then find a walkthrough for the red dragon. Once have those, get the enforcer(gun, shotgun). But before that you need access to Brightwood. I hope i helped ya out.

and for the second UPDATE in the description, does it work on other Demon Doors? Also when i went in it got the Hammerthyst not the Rising Sun. I got the Rising Sun from the temple of light for 10k gold during the "Holy Hour".......btw people sorry for the long comment

Oi, how did you do this? I got the rising sun the normal way, went to the demon door, opened it, left, and nothing happened. I havn't done the spire yet (second playthorugh) and I also heard you can do it in the wellspring cave. I tried and failed. Is it because I got the see the future and knothole island packs? i found a new glitch!!! go to bowerstone market and equip a rising sun then teleport to the sandgoose and you will recieve a rising sun!!!

There is actually another easier way to do this glitch, and when you beat the game, the glitch does not go away. It just changes a bit. Now first, go to Bowerstone and go to a pub or the inn and go up the stairs and enter the first room to your left. Then, go to the bed and sleep for 24 hours. After you wake up, take the items from BOTH closets and then warp to Oakfield to either "The Temple of Light" or "The Sandgoose". Then when you go there, a popup will ask you to take it.

I just found out that you can continually warp from bowerstone to oakfield and get as many as you so desire.

the glitch only works if you donate the money then leave the temole of light without listening to the monk by the donation thing. the glitch also ends if you go back to the temple of light and listen to the same monk i metioned above.

Actually yeah I did donate enough to receive the cleaver from the temple then I opened the demon door and from there on unlimited rising suns......that is until I went to the boot camp like scenario at the spire.

it's a random fluke, so far me and this other guy are the only two that i've seen that have been able to do this.

(i did the exact same thing he did; brought a woman to the door, got the door to open, she followed me in, then i left her in and got that glitch. i'm not sure which woman he used, but i did it with the barmaid in oakfield)

Its through the demon door. When you walk in run to the upper left side to the windmill. There it lies in a treasure chest!!!
