  • Yes I agree, that's an awesome 1911! Keep up the good vid's, I just showed my wife your CCW vid's and got her thinking so thank you for that.

  • wow you have small hands

  • Comment removed

  • @faliaphotography I just saw this in stainless today. I thought that the slide looked better that way, but I like the dark coloring for the frame...looks better with the grips.

  • wow., really cool., love the top of the slide., but i coulda def gone without the barbed wire down the side..., less is more in my book..., except when it comes to my women hahahah

  • @MultiSr16

yeah, I'm not a fan of the barbed wire either.

  • I like Sigs 1911's...but I prefer the ones without all the extra engraving.

  • SIG makes an awesome 1911. I carry a SIG 1911 RCS on my hip everyday and have shot thousands of rounds through it including over a thousand rounds thorugh it without cleaning it with zero malfunctions. It's been 100% and fit and finish is excellent.

On a side note, my wife and I love your reviews. Keep up the excellent work.

  • While still have a "POW/MIA" sticker on own

Cars window that's faded from many hours of

driving & years, this gun is beginning to look

"to busy" as in Kimberized ?

  • I'm not gonna lie, that POW-MIA logo pisses me off. Using that to sell a handgun, shameful.

  • Awesome idea. Not too fond of it being a sig however. I doubt most of the POW-MIA's were ever carrying a sig 1911 on their side... Still a neat gun. I'll stick with my colts however. I think the dog tags are kinda cool, wish the text were a little different however.

  • I love sig 1911, but there are much better ones. I have the GSR C3 and it is nice, but I hate the external extractors they use.

  • too nice to shoot, it will be a safe queen for 99%

  • That is awesome indeed.

  • I think the flag looks pretty badass. Id say tacky if it was red, white and blue but the subdued looks good. Im not feeling the dog tags too much though. Id take the quotes and put them down the side of the slide in the same light grey paint. My feelings aside, its a very nice looking peace.

  • great overview.

  • Hmm...no thanks...kinda cheesy...

It would be more enticing if it were a Colt, but a not Sig...too kitch.

  • As a Canadian I find it a bit to American for me lol.

  • @BALJIT147 As an American I find it a bit too American for me...

  • @rwingsfan86 Lol yeah I don't think I want a big flag on my gun, no matter what country's flag it is.

  • Wonderful, fantastic, really a beauty 1911.

    Thank's

  • Nice pistol ! SHOT show...wish I could have made it this year..congrats Falia on getting there!

  • I just simply love the 1911 platform

  • That looks better than the Spartan 1911 you posted.....I'm not really into 1911's but that one is sweet....

  • this is the 1911 that Rambo should have used in Rambo IV, looks beautiful

  • Good review. But I think the guns are quite tacky. Keep up the good work, Falia!

  • That is a beautiful gun, but there is no way I would pay $1500 for a 1911 when I could spend that $1500 on a loaded AR-15...

  • oh man i want that.

  • love it

  • @faliaphotography That is a nice looking side arm!

  • That black one is the one I want! The Dog tags are so awesome!

  • OMG that shit is sick.

  • Wow those are both amazing. I think I like the black version the most.

  • They are both very pretty and memorable! Thanks for sharing.

  • Nice. Looks pretty awesome.

  • another 1911 ...

  • I want that stainless. Well one of each. How much will the msrp be

  • Two great things in 1 Sig & 1911 sweet !!!!!!!!!

  • That barrel is super long. Six inches + dang.

  • The idea is very cool, for me, owning a gun like that would not be. I'd say holster wear wouldn't be very pretty on that thing.

  • @bluefalcon20002 id be more likely to buy a plain 1911, a pow/mia sticker, and donate to wounded warriors or something myself...idk tho...different strokes

  • I love the Sig 1911's.

Your hands are sooo small compared to that gun lol.

  • I guess its like if volkwagen were to make a pow themed 68 chevelle...

  • @itsveryniice

that is a good point....its a touchy subject part of me feels like its just looking for someone to spend extra money on a normal 1911. If perhaps half the money went to the VA or MIA funds it would be worthy.

  • very nice thanks for sharing

  • looks freakin awsome.......... shame i live in the uk

    kind regards

  • Beautiful pistols!

  • eh, not a big fan of these "special edition" guns. i'd rather see sig come out with something more innovative than the same gun but different engravings that they will charge a premium. i don't doubt that the gun will sell, but the premium is all cosmetic.

  • @jcaoloveshine

something more innovative? Is the P250 not innovative? you can make like twelve different pistol combinations with the P250, using only one serial numbered trigger group!

what do you want... a blender and a microwave built into a pistol?

  • Wow, these are beautiful guns. I wouldn't mind getting myself one of those! Thanks so much for sharing.

  • I absolutely love SIG 1911s.

  • beautiful pistol! but for what it costs I could buy three glocks~

  • Way cool pistols, thanks for sharing!

    Peace

  • Wow that's nice!

  • Awesomeness!!

  • Are you a youtube partner?

  • Nice, but too pricey. Getting something in the $500 range means one can afford to shoot often. If one has small hands and would feel more comfortable with the single stack mag and much slimmer grip, there are used 1911's and many others. In double stacked XD9's and one SIG 9mm that I know of, have trimmer grips as compared to the ubiquitous Glock. Glock however has set the new standard for reliability, and cost effectiveness, yet having a good grip can lead to improved shot placement.

  • @InTheSticks0001 Beware as 'used' can have 'issues'. Hornady TAP is a low flash, standard pressure cartridge that seems to work well in older semi autos designed for ' ball' or FMJ ammunition. I'd give it a try.

  • <Nice Guns! In your small hand these guns look like howitzers^^

  • You know people who show merch like that & don't give prices are probably goin to hell don't ya? God just hates that. Nice MIA guns.

  • Lol @ Chuck Norris fitness ads on this video. probably linked because of his Missing In Action films from the 80's.

  • I can dig it.

  • That is very cool!

  • That is beautiful. And reasonably priced.

  • great concept and looking gun. to bad its a sig. Would have been great as a Springfield Armory 1911 or anyone else. Lately sig as gone from what made them a premier gun company to shit.

  • @steeltimberwolf Just wondering, do you actually own a Sig? I’m not looking to start an argument, but I have a 229 that I just recently bought and it seems every bit as good to me as the 226 my dad has had for years.

  • @OpulentRedrum I've owned several. all older. Several that are older models. I'm not a fan of the current CEO who has let CQ fall to the wayside. Instead of making a blued and stainless model and making them 100% reliability, instead they have 30 finishes and lower reliability. If they fired Ron Cohen and went back to their roots, I'd go back. But until then my cash will go to glock. I need a gun that will go bang every time since my life depends on it..

  • @steeltimberwolf I can see what you mean. I guess maybe I don’t shoot enough to get a really deep understanding of reliability. I’m not old enough to carry or technically own my own guns yet. Just wanted to know whether or not your comment was really justified. Good explanation, I’ll keep that in mind from now on. Thanks for replying without getting pissed. Courtesy and clarity are always a nice break on Youtube.

  • @steeltimberwolf Wow.. I just realized you had pretty much this exact conversation with someone else.... awkward.

  • @steeltimberwolf

too bad it's a SIG? How many SIG's have you fired or owned?

I own several SIG's and they are nothing but 100% reliable and accurate!

The Navy SEALS carry a SIG P226 on their thigh, into harms way!

Please elaborate on how SIG is a shit company. i would like to know.

Am i missing out on some important information, that only you are privileged to?

  • @556DOS45 I currently own a 94 226 a 89 220 and a 96 228, I was referring to current sig models. When Kimber fired CEO Ron Cohen; who ruined their rep while there, he was hired to Sig. He implemented cost saving features that severely diminished reliability. Point in fact he started using MIM parts which saved cost shortening their life. Hell he changed the external extractor on the slides that screwed up brass ejection, That move screwed Kimber over, and its what cost him his job. Pt1

  • @556DOS45 Then instead of making sure that the new guns they were introducing were flawless instead it was just about how many models can they put out. For 40 years sig got buy with about 5 or 6 models. Now there are over 20 with 10 finishes each. They started out as a military arms company and now they have become a silly. They went from " Hell and back reliability" to spotty reliability. I'll buy older used sig's but after the crap i went through with my new 220, no thanks

  • @556DOS45 Plus with all their cost saving features they increased their prices. One would think that they would pass on the savings but nope.

  • @steeltimberwolf

    thanks for replying.

i hope SIG doesnt go down the tubes. a bad executive can ruin a company.

i will keep an eye out for bad extractors and quality control issues.

as for the metal injection molding... most of us don't need 4140 or 4160 on ALL parts of a gun. as long as the mim holds up... it will be fine.

i see what you're saying about a move to save money by skimping on quality parts though.

could be a bad decision by new executives :-(

  • Very nice!

  • Really nice pistol. I like the blued one better than the stainless and I'm a pretty big fan of stainless. Thanks for sharing.

  • How much?

  • Very nice gun.

  • Nice looking Sig.

    Glock n Load,

    Mike

  • Great vid, great gun!

  • Did they give any indication when this would be out ?

  • That is a sweet gun.

  • seems like every body went to shotshow but me....

  • VEGAS BABY

  • that is a beautiful pistol. What was the price on that do you know?

  • Take a look at the Colt offerings. They are superior and made in the USA by the company that made people equal.

  • I saw a stainless version of this at my one shop a couple weeks ago. And it comes with a big ass Bowie knife too!!!

  • WOW... Awesome Sig 1911. Thanks for posting. First time I ever saw that gun.

  • Nice

  • not a big fan, too loud but respect to the soldiers all the same

  • @GamersBar Whats too loud ?

  • Sig need to make a 1911 with the same mirror finish that the dog tags on that one have, but all over. Advantages would would include the ability to blind your enemy, use it as a signal mirror in a survival situation, and check your hair/shave/etc.

  • lol... so anyway, that looks pretty sick! Something to definitely think about to put in the gun case.

  • first!
