not everyone who's going to have it may have anything that you can speed it up on so best bet is to make it at about 128-130bpm something like that [figure out what sounds best with your tune] the average speed that electro usually goes up to is like 132bpm or 134bpm, but then you also have hard trance electro that is supposed to be played at about 140-145bpm
