in Act 8:14-17, they had already been baptized in the name of JESUS but Peter and JOHN had to go and pray for hem that they might receive the HOLY GHOST... Just a couple of things to look at, GOD bless..

You are right about baptism, but only calling on the name of JESUS only does it wash away your sins, but your incorrect when you say you cant receive the HOLY GHOST if you havent been baptized.. Read Acts 10:44-48, some receive the HOLY GHOST before they are even baptized.. And baptism does not give you the HOLY GHOST either, if you read Act 8:14-19.
