  • I'm watching this as I hold my 14ft reticulated python. Haha this snake is so nice and has never bit me

  • Anacondas? Really? I had no idea! (P.s, I'm being sarcastic.)

  • fuck u reticulated pythons are fuckin bomb ass snakes

  • Shut up you repeat simple stuff

  • She pisses me off so much

  • So....no ball pythons? I own a ball python...very nice...extremly friendly. I own a hognose snake. Venomous snake, very docile venom though.

  • And I watch this, I have a subadult albino Burmese Python on my lap, and I'm 14.

  • The type of snake that Harry Potter set free in the first movie was a Burmese Python.

  • no wonder expert village doesnt know shit, thats not a kitchen...

  • If you are experienced with big snakes you have money and space for it them you should get one they make very good pets I could not have a snake collection of over 1000snakes and one of them not be a berm or retic or ando

  • DON'T TRUST PETLAND THEY GET DOGS FROM PUPPY MILLS! ANIMALS SHOULDN'T BE TREATED LIKE THAT!

  • cool

  • Where the hell do you get an Anaconda?

  • @ericrules95 reptile shows

  • @ericrules95 The black market. * NOTE: The black market is an illegal pet trading industry that is used to transport exotic animals from their native country.*

  • @ericrules95 In my pants

  • @sharkbay1 LOL

  • i have a full grown ratic python and my cat is meaner than it so shut up you prick

  • but an african rock python is fine only fifteen feet

  • real expert works at a pet store not even a reptile store this is like interviewing the janitor at nasa and asking him about mars missions

  • damn shes hot <3 hahahah FUCK THAT !

  • ...does that mean I have to return my pet Basilisk? :(

  • @GodofFerrets13 runescape lol agreed

  • The title says How to Care for a Pet Snake and then it suddenly says Snakes aren't recommended Pets! Stupid

  • 1:06 beautiful

  • there is nothing wrong with a retic, burm or anaconda as long as you have the room, money and can handle them regularily, to keep them handleable

  • we r not dum asses...u dont have 2 repeat urself three times...

  • wata stupid video...

  • I like how expertvillage is wrong about everything ever.

  • Retic's burm's and green anaconda's can all be very tame when they are older, I think it's safe to say that if you Can fit an 8x4x4 viv in a certain room in your house then they can be kept in an average household, Im not recommending these snake's but im also pointing out that aslong as someone is experienced with larger snake's they shouldnt have to much trouble keeping these :)

  • I think it is fairly obvious that this video is aimed at people who don't have a lot of experience with snakes, not experienced keepers/breeders. In which case large snake breeds are most definately not recommended as pets by anyone with even the smallest degree of common sense.

  • are you gunna tell me next time to not get a lion or rhino or a gorilla.?!?!

  • She just HAD to say Anacondas didnt she... what a patronizing bitch like we didnt already know that...

  • @MrSyntheticDesign your complaining about the obviousness of her statements but you clicked on the video fully aware of it's content...

  • @dharmapunkchick k, I've taken your statement to heart and personally, I couldnt give a rats fucking ass if you have a problem with what i said.

  • @MrSyntheticDesign wow... why so defensive? lol i didn't have a problem with it, i just simply didnt understand it as it made absoluetely no sense. but thanks though, your anger amuses me:)

  • These People suck8=D

  • what about african rock pythons?

  • @davidpalmerbaldock they get pretty big up to 20 feet and they are supposed to be very aggressive

  • God she's annoying.

  • hahahhahahhaha @ 0:25

    *SQUAAAAAACK*

    "SHUT UP!"

  • @morgasmmorgy LMAO

  • i have a baby corn snake and hope my parents will let me get a hog nosed snake.

i would like a ball python but my parents will not let me.

  • Have you noticed how she didnt mention ablut rock pythons which are capable of 16ft plus and normally have a mean disposition? Or the stimsons python which can easily obatain 10ft plus. expertvillage is a bucket if shit

  • @redtailedpython not to mention red tailed boas haha

  • @Ilovechewedupgum ea but redtails can get large but the majority stays under 7ft

  • @Ilovechewedupgum 7ft can still be considered pretty big for parents who want their kids to start with a beginner snake

  • I think people could own venomous snakes as pets as long as they are careful and mature about pets. My family friend owned a western diamond back rattlesnake that he caught in Airzona when they stopped to take a picture on the road. He was very good pet owner and could handle it withought getting bit or anything, he even HELD it and it was very docile and did not bite him beacuse he domesticated it very well and antivenoumed him too, it still has very large fangs and teeth and can still kill u

  • anaconda's wtf ! isn't that fuckin common sense not to get them ? no one has watched the film anaconda and said "wow i want one of them as a pet" and loads of people have pythons, this video was bollocks !

  • @superduperbiscuitman there is a guy in my city who has 1 green andiconda and has it out on him all the time

  • @coolpunk100 thats pretty sweet i admit ....thats like having a dragon with no legs , but you know what i meant by my last comment ?

  • @superduperbiscuitman lol ye like i have 2 6 foot corns and a rare black mexican king soim used to snakes but biggest if do is a python

  • why the fuck does no one know what there talking about!!! 7/10

  • Fuck you lady, I agree that some/most pythons get large but that's no reason to not keep them (apart from anacondas) as long as they are in decent enclosures and looked after who cares.

And about the Poisonous snake bull shit, yes some pritty snakes are venomous but still that is no reason not to keep them as long as you have the correct tools and training what's the difference.

Expert village do make some bull shit videos

  • @80MOOSE08

and the majority of youtube people make utterly bullshit remarks

  • @dallanm1

what the fuck are you on about

if your on about my comment get fucked

  • @80MOOSE08

eh yeah and thanks for proving my point

  • @dallanm1

omg this is another twat that fucking uses the same insult "thanks for proving my point" actually, how many times have i heard that, what a pathetic little boy

    your shit

    dick head

  • @80MOOSE08

eh, it wasnt an insult it was a fact you should learn the difference between the two to save you from confusing them again? just a suggestion

maybe you should stop proving peoples points then?

and yeah because your insult was entirely original? haha ayeeeeeee?!

  • @dallanm1

what a chunk of dick, thats a sarcasm mixed with an insult, geek

whats the point of all of the question marks half of them are not even questions

why the fuck did you comment on my comment anyway you dont even own a reptile (snake)

maybe you should get one and we can argue forever then cant we

    think before you comment, geek

  • @80MOOSE08 your comments make me smile just a couple of words...

    1. just because i dont have a vid of a snake on youtube doesnt mean i own a snake...maybe i just dont take vids of my pet snake? =/ do i have to upload a vid of absolutely everything? shall i upload a vid of make shagging some bhurd so you know im not a virgin aswell shall i?

    2. yes i am a geek

    3. i only really started this because i was bored and neeeded something to do before i went drinking .. so peace be wit cha blud

  • @dallanm1 and now im hungover so apologies for the sentances that dont make sense haha

and i just like "??" what of it...? ha :P

  • @dallanm1

    ?

  • Hello I really want a pet snake but I do not want to feed it mice, is there any snake types/species that can maybe just eat small chunks of fish or maybe large crickets? And maybe a type that stays very small and that are not aggressive?

  • @Depro900 you can get garder snake which eat fish.

  • i watch on the internet so i dont have to watch damm adverts

  • these r not experts and burmese and retics are just as nice as a boa if you handle them

  • all of the videos here are so stupid

  • she is fucking retarded they dont even have venemous snakes at a store you have to order them i hate these expert village videos they know NOTHING about snakes..this video is useless its common sense!!!!!!!

  • @brady670S I agree with you there!

  • what a stick in the mud. who doesnt want to snuggle up to a venomous snake?!

  • Yeah and be careful: dont drink and drive, overdose on prescription meds, or smoke at a gas station. Thats dangerous too. Really this is common sense!

  • what a dumb video

  • i agree with being care full when getting a venimas snake. people only bey venimas snakes if they know how to care for them. breaders dont just go around the mall tring to sell a rattle snake to fuchen 2 year old kids.

  • she looks constipated

  • I agree with 96amadeu

  • thanks

  • why would they make video of why not to buy a snake. people do research before they buy a snake that grows to be over 15ft long. were not fucken retarded.this is a retarded video

  • i agree with you......this bitch is fucked up

  • thank you. she is so fucken stupid. i bet she doesint even like snakes.

  • hahaha i bet your right

  • lol. thanks

  • i agree, ive worked with bigs snakes and they rock! i'd take a burm over a ball any day!

  • Bullshit.

Burms retics and condas are very docile, id reccomend a retic to anyone who could provide it a good home.

Retics are definately very docile and nice, so fuck these guys, :)

  • why are anacondas not recommended as pets i have 1 and no more work than a ball python( i have 1 too)

  • Seriously dude? Thats awesome! What kind of anaconda?

  • I HAVE A COBRA AND ITS NEVER BIT ME

  • what kind?

  • Burmese and Reticulated Pythons are not for everyone, but there are alot of people who love them as pets and do well at keeping them.

  • unfortunately though, a lot of the burmese and retic owners are not the good ones. the animal grows bigger then expected and then they release them into the wild. hence act hr669. that is why petland doesnt reccomend them as pets, because first time buyers have no business having a large breed of snake. in fact, most petland dont even sell boas.

  • 9 meter long snake = great pet ^_^. Now were did granny go.

  • lol

  • ROFL

  • can u show a Boa instead of BallPythons all the time it looks like u show the same snake in like 50 videos

  • anacondas are fine compared to a rattlesnake

  • PUSSY!!!!!"we dont recommend burmese pythons, anacondas, or reticulated pythons, dnt get venomous snakes, they could be dangerous"....no shit.....just get one that causes swelling and stuff not death....if u get a fatal one, just watch out and dnt b a dumbass

  • She's aiming this at first-time inexperienced keepers, who might not know what they're getting themselves into. An experienced hobbyist capable of adequately caring for 'dangerous' snakes wouldn't be taking advice from such videos anyway. It's my understanding that Burmese pythons are relatively docile though, just difficult to handle and keep purely because of their size.

  • These large snakes need a supply of food by order of deer, sheep, pigs, or other large sized animals once every 6months to a year i believe.

That is quite a meal to provide for something that is going to take the easiest meal, which is really the human as we have no hooves, horns, nor teeth worth mentioning.

  • way way way wrong...feeder rabbits are readily available for a food source for the larger pet breeds. Plus, a pet snake will take the animal over the human, especially a pet snake because it associates us as the source of food, not the food itself. people who have been killed by their large pet snakes are hardly ever eaten. I actually have never heard of a human being eaten by a pet snake, only killed because of mishandling.

  • Ok, If snakes do not make good pets then why dose your pet store sell them? I think this video is ver unedcational and uncorrect! Depending on the species of snake you have snake like retics, anacondas, rock pythons, bumeese pythons, and scrub pythons aceed a very large length, those don't make good pets! But smaller snakes like balls, kings, gartners, rats, and childrens pythons are small and just as intersting!

  • your retarded she coverd that she wasnt talkin about the little 1s

  • Would you recommend a beginner in shooting to start with a .50 BMG (Burm Python equivalent) or even a 20mm Vulcan (Green Anaconda equiv.)? Guess no. But nevertheless, my local gunsmith sell such giant big bore-guns too for those, who shoot since many, many years and know how to shoot and handle them properly, and he do not recommend them for beginners too. So, why should they not sell burms, retics or anacondas in this pet-shop for the experienced?

  • I ask myself the smae question............. Just like venomous snakes!!!!!!! HOT HOT HOT!!! The equivlent of holding a Ak 47 to your head with your finger on a triger!

  • Better is to make always sure that it is unloaded if you handle/clean it and pointing the muzzle always in a safe direction to prolonging your health or life ;-)

  • expert village sucks just becouse you dont like snakes dosent mean you can go telling people what they can and cant do

  • cool im 13 and im gonna get an african rock python tomoz cus she didnt mentions that this is bull shit

  • NO SHIT

  • i once had a horned-víbora (Vipera latastei) and its venomous xD

  • I WANT A BOA AND IM GETTING ONE ^_^

  • oh shit, sankes as pets, some creppy shit, what if that shit bites you in your balls !

  • well ur shouldnt let ur snake play with ur balls

    XD

  • @Awesomoness you think she has balls?

  • people if you want 2 get a snake don't listen to this bullshit she has no idea of wot she's talking about + she missed out the african rock python

  • Also have you never heard of dwarf retics or burms. there are some dwarf retics that only get like 6 or 7 feet and dwarf burms get ... well idk that but they are expensive like $2000 but there are dwarf retics that are only like $400 and that's pretty cheap for a retic since there are some morphs that cost upwards of $15,000

  • you wrong about anacondas, only green anacondas get big. Yellow anacondas only get like 10-12 feet for females and 8-10 for males and that's not very big. anyone who knows anything about snakes should know this. I know this and im only 12 but then again i know more about snakes than a lot of adults i've met, im not bragging its true.

  • ha me too im 12 as well i have 7 snakes, and as i was watching this video i was just thinking"idiot"

  • @77snakewrangler77 lol idiot? 10-12 feet is 4 meters to big for a house hold pet

  • @77snakewrangler77 i think she means anacondas do not make good pets for the general public, experienced keepers should only keep anacondas anyways

  • @77snakewrangler77 me 2 but im 1 year yonger!!!!!!!!

  • you are bragging

  • @77snakewrangler77 Lol your idea of "not very big" is very different from mine

  • she is so thick do not keep venomous snakes. what a fag!

  • why? would you like to own a venomous snake like a cobra or rattle snake!?

  • There very beautiful and very cool

  • tbh, i'd love a little pigmy rattler, i would name it Edwardo

  • You suck lady burms & retics make awesome pets and size dose not change that

  • I agree about burms and retics, but not all people can handle the adult size.

  • 99% or retics are extremely nice when they get older a snake recommned not to keep is a black mamba

  • this girl sucks I have a burmese python that never bit me and he is about 15 feet long, SUCKER

  • i dont think you need a so called "expert" to tell you that a venomous snake isnt the best idea for a pet or such things as anacondas or burms, retics arent always that bad but its good to have someone with you

  • Pie-Fons.

    lol

  • "do not keep venomous snakes as pets" the 2end snake i ever had was an aspic viper lol

  • they can get over 20 but still are mostly good pets if u like big snakes and have the money a care needed for one

  • inuit55...you mean an asp? There's a line between brave and dumb and your friend has crossed that if he's even considered keeping an asp. But to the lady on the video...I keep a yellow anaconda and they only get to 8 feet long.

  • I have a Corn Snake and it is not gay as shit. It is pretty cool and safe for my 6 and 3 year olds.

  • and also he had cobras and reticluated pythoins burmese pythons and other cool snakes and the cobra he had was the kind tht supposedly killed Cleopatra

  • i just went to a sanke guy and he had a green anaconda

  • anacondas??...ur pretty dumb

  • ...what the hell does that mean? What about anacondas?? I have multiple friends who breed them if you're saying they aren't kept in captivity.

  • she is an idiot most burmese python are nice and docile if u handle it a lot and are a good owner

  • But the snake can still get 15 ft or more.

  • shut up go fuck your self!!

  • OH WELL IF SHES LIKE THAT!

  • if ya hv neva had a snake before i would recomend corn snakes, rat snake and garter snakes . but if u r going 2 want a snake thats grows abit bigger than them get a red tail boa or a brazilian rainbow boa . jus remember female boas get alot bigger than males. go buy a snake they r great pets

  • ball pythons are better then boas

  • ball pythons-----B-O-R-I-N-G, even though i have both a ball & a boa

  • boas r beta in my opinion

  • boa's are the way to go, they look so amazing, very friendly (except for maybe when they're in shed), awesome feeding response, great strength and the size!

  • Brazilian Rainbows are NOT a good beginner snake because of its humidity requrements. Stick with a ball python if it's your first.

  • she, doesn't know shit why put this pu burmies sorry if i spelt wronge burmies pythons not good for pets???? wtf! she knows notin

  • No, She says Burms are not good beginner snakes. They are, however, very rewarding snakes to keep! I love my albino burm, he's a cuddlebug.

  • bull crap boas are the best for first time owners.....pythons i agreaa retics grown to fast and are mean and andaconda will eat u but i have never had and trouble with my boa

  • i agree tht boas r gd pets but for beginners i wud recomend ball pythons or corn snakes. as boas r extremily strong .

  • sixth. wait.... dammit!

  • fourth woot woot

  • ??......third

  • second

  • first
