FYI, Kelly is probably his most well known character (and has been for years). Doesn't mean he dresses up as a girl in his spare time, it's for comedy. Monty Python and Kids in the Hall would be good examples of this type of comedy, where men would dress up as women for comedic purposes. Doesn't make them "cross-dressers," it's all part of their style of entertainment.
