you can. they did it in the confessions tour. it's the same guy. and yes this really is the demo from re-intention tour. there's a demo for I'm so stupid too.

no they aren't. they're the album vocals with the chorus and other effects taken off. stuart price originally creates demos using existing vocals and madonna rerecords them later on after they get approved and are in the final form. also he used the extended remix to build this song with only a few instruments added and changed. and yes, this IS a real demo from the re-invention tour.

It actually IS the studio rehearsal of Dress You Up for the tour - I have all of the studio rehearsals for this tour, and this is the way they were doing it, but since they added Material Girl to the set list, they removed this song.

actually i read that they removed this song and changed to material girl because madonna was having a hard time playing it on the guitar. material girl is much easier to play. btw is there a studio demo of RIT material girl? i haven't ever found one.
