Upon acceptance of winning it, Obama was praised by the committee, "extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy". . Obama's peace prize was a joke. He's the commander in chief of a military directly participating in 2 armed conflicts, troops deployed in South Korea (which is still technically a war zone), drone bombardments of Pakistan and engaged in questionable practices regarding international law. Not to mention the overall wars on terror and drugs and countless black ops we don't hear about. Whether these conflicts are right or wrong there's no doubt that Obama does not deserve a peace prize

It's not what he has to say, it's the venue which he chose to say it and the manner in which he did it. It is wrong, I don't care what you he had to say, to grab the microphone from someone as they are receiving an award that they earned. It shows a lack of class, not arrogance--but insecurity. When people know they are right, they don't feel the need to force it on people.

He figures this will get people to listen to his music, which it does. The problem with this method is it shows a lack of confidence in the quality of his music to stand on its own without having to pull publicity stunts to make people listen. It's pathetic and shows a lack of respect for others.
