Rangers suck. In reality they only won 3 Stanley cups. The one in 1994 doesn't count. It was against the Canucks. Anyone could have done that. We on the other had have won our cups against strong teams, like Dallas, Detroit, and Anaheim. Who gives a shit about the "season series." yes that's exactly my point brodeur is such a pychological plus to have in net for the devils b/c their thought process has been for the last 14 yrs "as long as brodeurs in net we're ok." that's also why no one else on the team really matters compared to brodeur. can you honestly say, even with your whole team healthy, if brodeurs not in net, devils fans are just as confident about their team winning.

you can say that about every team then except for detroit where they have two #1's. Of course your not gonna feel as confident in your backup as your starting goaltender. weekes is 2-2 on the year. but u make it sound like its a fault. Brodeur however is just a part of the team, he doesn't score goals (sometimes he does), he hasn't won the con smythe in the years he won the cup either. we have a great farm system and scouts, we drafted gomez, shanahan, guerin, niedermayer, found rafalski.

thats part of the problem, the coaches can't treat him like he's the best thing since sliced bread. Last year i lost a coach with three games left to go, with a division title and second place in the confrence, because he was weak on the players!!! u gotta fuck with Jagr, and if it doesn't work, he shouldn't be on your team. thats part of the reason the rangers can't win. too many superstars over the years have ran that locker room. you remember Keenan!!!! thats how u win!!
