@MegaJosezam Em7/Em - D - Cadd9 - G is the "standard chords" but down half a step (that is Fm/Fm7 - D# - C#add9 - G# ). That's the tuning for the original song and this song. But you can play it in whatever key you want. The easiest way to play it is with a capo on the first fret and play Em(7)- D - Cadd9 - G and never letting your ring finger leave the second (B) string 4th fret (3rd from capo) or just standard chords (which I think doesn't sound as good).

@MegaJosezam Forgot to tell you, you won't get it to sound exactly like this song because A) he uses a non-standard tuning and B) you can play a regular C (which might be in the original song), but that sounds much worse than a Cadd9. I guess the tuning is D# C G# D# A# F
