you've come a Long way? Heck no, you've come a super-duper-duper Long way! Wow! Simply incredible how fast you've shrunk! Does your wife do videos? Would love to see some updates on her. I agree with not having anything negative to say about my sleeve either. Things do slow down as your BMI gets lower. I started out with a 39 BMI and things have gone very slow scale-wise. But my clothes sizes have really changed!

I don't drink them everyday, but every now and again I'll have one to replace breakfast or as a snack. But not everyday.
