Ras is way to low! Zsaz is a common psychopath nothing special. who the hell are the first 5! and whats up with great white shark never even heard of him. Riddler is a joke and pretty annoying. Catwoman is not a villian anymore. Also two-face is badass the rest is good

@seminoleboy96 The first 5 aren't as famous as the rest. Great white shark recieved frostbite from being locked in Mr. Freeze's cell. Riddler is super smart and could be smarter than Batman. Catwoman is a hero/villain. Sorry about Ras. Two-Face is pretty awesome, I'll give him that.
