I don't think that HTC when they were doing this phone where thinking about using it in one hand. The thought about functions and to be the best in class. If someone wants phone like this he will do;nt care about this.

It is true that the Touch HD isn't the best one handed device, however, when it comes to media (photo's, video's, music), browser, camera, it is undoubtedly the best in it's class thanks to its high resolution screen, fast processor, generous RAM/ROM and high resolution camera.
