Again, it's not that Mario Party 8 sucks, it's just that everyone is used to the old mechanics of the MP series. If you sit and actually play, you'll find it's actually an awesome edition to the MP series.

mario party 7 never seems to get boring but mario party 8 does.. and its supposed to succeed ahead 7.. Mario Party 7 is a MILLION times better cuz u can play as two ppl at the same time with just one controller and have 8 player minigames. Mario Party 8 if u want to play as two ppl u need 2 controller which gets annoying when u have to play the same ppl at the same time.

I liked Mario Party 6 a lot! Mario Party 8 was a huge dissappointment, though. In my oppinion, some of the boards were poorly thought out, and practically all of them were really small/short.

Mario Party 7 the best when playing 8 Player Mode! =D and 8 Player mini games. Feels odd how Mario Party 6 should've included 8 player mode too when both 6&7 were the last 2 for GC and Wii had came out with Version 8 without 8 players
