Once I heard that Indycar is heading back to Fontana thoughts came to my mind. I think that Dario Franchitti, TK, and any other people that knew Greg would find a way to honour him while they were there. If you agree with me reply to my comment and state anything you think about this. :)
I was able to speak to one of his best friends Dario Franchitti. I told Dario that because of Greg I became a fan and it's the truth. I got Dario to sign Greg's book too.
I received Greg's book for Christmas. It was the best present I ever received besides an autographed hat my dad's old friend gave me. it was signed at the Canadian GP in 1996. He touched my life the night he died and ten years later as well.
@priscilla87mx :) I'm glad someone agrees with me on that one.
I honour Greg three times a year. I may honour him when the Indycar race is in Milwaukee( Sorry if I did not spell it correctly) considering he won that race.
tHAT WAS AN AWSOME TRIBUTE, THE MUSIC AND EVRYTHING, BUT THE PART THAT BROKE MY HEART WAS WEN GREG´S FATHER, RIC KISSED THE HAND OF GREG. ITS A GREG´S DEATH. THANKS FOR SHARING THIS
why are all of my racing heroes taken away to early, Senna, McRae and my biggest inspiration of them all Greg Moore i cant believe it was over 10 years ago the world of Indy has been changed for ever
Greg Moore what can i say ? i guess i should start by saying tht he was an awsome driver the Lewis Hamilton of Light Indycar and CART i cant beleve it has been so long this man was an inspiration to us all and it is dreadful the way he died he will live on as one of the great rookies in history of american racing this video does him justice but i wish there were more fantastic video awsome work
@champcar4ever yes it does! such a young competitor and was really coming into his own before that fatal day! I dont know how many times ive replayed all the races (I'm a Zanardi fan) but everytime i watch,i tear up and remember how much this kid meant to the sport! RIP G.Moore! Long Live The King!!!!
I would just like to point out that you took time out of your day to find this video and post a comment like that. Just really think about that. You are a person who finds a tribute video to someone who died suddenly at a very young age, and who touched a lot of people in his very short life, and comment about how bad he was at what he did. Unbelievable.
Much love to Greg. Met him once, was an outstanding young kid. The world is darker without him.
Great tribute, one of the greatest race car drivers, I followed him since he debuted in cart back in 1996, until the day he left us, he would've been champion in 2000, no doubt, he was already signed by Penske.
Its from a Vancouver band called 'Juice' entitled 'Me and My Machine'. Check out thebandjuiceDOTcom I think Antony was a friend of Greg's, very fitting tribute and my personal favorite. Cheers...
My bad dude, I was under the impression they had at least met. Sounds like Greg had enough of an impact on Ant to help him creatively though. Like I said I think its a wonderful tribute to Greg.
damn he was a fast one!and he had some steering control back then..
badly missed
