  • Hey Mike, I'm a big fan of your videos and I've been working out following your standards and I've been getting a lot of results. lol I've even been using your sixpack Shorcut tips to help my girlfriend trim down some of her belly fat and get her a little more lean but I think I'm about done with just being a little ripped guy with a lean waist. Now I'm more interested in packing on some serious mass and I was wondering how to do that effectively. I'm 20 years old, 5'5 and I weigh 120. Any tips?

  • @DatBlackManJames hope im not interrupting but could tell you :)

    instead of doing high reps with your exercises go higher in weight and get a maximum rep of 8 and more sets. eat lots of high protein food and intake minimum fat. have a healthy carb meal an hour before training everyday but not too much carbs through the day otherwise this will lead to excess fat and not muscle mass. train only 4 days a week for maximum recovery and better muscle tissue repair. hope i helped.

  • @tlbenton68 All The Same Ones That You See In All My Videos...Unless You Are Working Out Lifting Heavy 2 to 3 Hours A Day Taking Steroids And Eating 6 mega Meals Of Potatoes,Veggies And Beef ...It's Impossible For You To Get Bulky Like A Body Builder....You will be Fine... Building Muscle and Burning Fat are Not Opposite goals They Go Together....hope this helps train hard..;-)
